"We tried to find another room because they sprayed it with some kind of awful chemical disinfectant, supposedly because of COVID. There are many natural and other disinfectants that do not make you sick, and make your lips go numb. All other hotels were full, so we had to try to get through the night, but it is sad a major hotel that is nice otherwise would so abuse and treat its customers in such an unhealthy way. "

"I am single and disabled. It is always a challenge to find a good hotel that can accommodate the needs of a disabled person. This hotel is awesome.
