We had a great time but the rooms are very small and not at all sound proofed we could hear every word and I even gave some ear plugs to a complete stranger who was wandering angrily along the corridor as he couldn't get to sleep! The location would be fabulous if there is enough snow but we were end of season but we didn't expect ski to door late season. The main problem was tiny room for 3 people I did ask for a bigger room and despite having also booked 2 other rooms the man on reception did not offer any swap, I had hoped to have a balcony too but apparently only 1 of the rooms for 3 peole has a balcony. I was surprised that we weren't offered a swap even though the hotel was clearly not full again not surprising as it was end of season but we had booked 3 rooms so a gesture would have gone a long way.. One of the main reasons I booked the Monachil was because of the hot tub which was closed our entire visit

This hotel was fantastic value, in a great location. The staff were super helpful and there is even the facility to leave your luggage after check out time with shower facilities and towels provided should you wish to ski all day before coming off the mountain. We had the Christmas set buffet meal which we found rather expensive. The main courses were all rather disappointing. However the starters were great and would represent good value if you have a large appetite and ability to consume large amounts of alcohol! Good breakfast and we will definitely go again!

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located right in the middle of the village, and a very short walk from the lifts. all quality accommodation in sierra nevada is expensive and the melia is no different. however, the ease of access to the main square and the 2 gondala lifts makes this hotel better value for money than many others. we stayed in the same room (205) on both of the last 2 occasions that we stayed at the hotel. the room is relatively small (twin) but clean and tidy. not i...

I very much enjoyed my stay at Melia Sol y Nieve Hotel. The food at the buffet restaurant was simply great. I asked for a room with a mountain view and was pleased with the facility and the looks of the room. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I went to Sierra Nevada, where the hotel is, for skiing. The hotel had a ski locker which was useful but I had to walk about 10 min to the cable car to go up the mountain which was quite tiring each day.

Views and breakfast were amazing but we were disappointed to learn that the double rooms with a view did not have double beds! Instead they had two single beds pushed together. The hotel rooms are fairly old but the location of the hotel makes it worth it.

Excellent, The "Suite" restaurant/terrace overlooking the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada is the best! Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the mountains and the design of the warm cosy room. we arrived, batteled to find the apartment, eventualy locating it , opened it had one look abd decided we do not stay. it was not up to standard, old and not good furniture, you could smell the dampness, place has not been opened for a while, no linen, no warm water etc not recommended from my side -- such a waste of money

A nice studio for 4 people (bump beds + double sofa bed). Situated near the chair lift that takes you right to the main square from where you can take the cabin of the skiing resort. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The heating worked very well. The views were spectacular.

Apartamentos Habitat Premier was modern and next to the ski lift that takes you up & down to the main plaza where the Gondola starts. Heating was nice we even had to take it down a notch as it was very warm. Some apartments have dish washers some don't. Bright, spacious and modern, we liked our stay at Premier Habitat apartments. The place is simple but clean, well located and affordable, enough to enjoy a few days of skiing. I would book it again but not through Agoda though We booked this place for a weekend last Spring. We arrived very late as we flew to Malaga and we had to drive all the way to Sierra Nevada. When we arrived about midnight we struggled to find the place because is a bit confusing: there is a building called Gorbea Apartments and some apartments are run by different people but there are nothing to do with Gorbea Suites which are run by the people from the ski shop located in the left side of the building (Yo dont have to actually come in to the building). As we could not find the place we phoned Agoda in several occasions in order to provide us with the Gorbea Suites number to ring them. Agoda did not have any direct contact details in its website and not only they did not provide us with number but the number they had was wrong and they failed to provide an alternative solution. We had to
