Siofok hotels & places to stay

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed there out of season and therefore our stay was very cheap for excellent quality. There is not much to do in the village except wonderful restaurants and nice area. Also it is close to the lake, but you can only go swimming in Summer (July/August). The hotel itself has everything you need. We booked a lovely suite for a superb price. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Out of season the restaurant is only open for breakfast which is included in the room rate and open until 12pm! For lunch and dinner there are plenty of excellent restaurants in walking distance. Also, the hotel offers an 24 hour coffee and tea lounge for free. There you can also buy some cheap soft drinks and ice cream. The reception is covered all around the clock. The hotel also offers free car parking (out of season). During peak season you have to pay. You can pick up complimentary bath robes at the reception for your stay so that you can use the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, infrared cabin, aroma room, fitness area, ... (most of them for free or minimal charge). At the reception you can also book all sorts of manicure, pedicure and massage treatments which will be held at the hotel. All in all, our stay was absolutely fabulous. We can definitely recommend the hotel with four thumbs up :D

Very confortable and calm, this hotel offers a very professional service, breakfast is included, spa is not bad, but the swimming pool is rather small. The hotel is close to the lake and to the railway station. I would recommend this hotel for people whi stay in Siofok for vacation

We had some problem with the booking about the room,but the staff was very helpful to sort it out.We will return again for sure.

Very helpful and friendly owner, comfortable beds, fast Wifi, nice clean rooms and communal kitchen. The location of this Guesthouse is close to the city center and also close to the lake Balaton. Very good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Thank you - i will come back!

I spent 4 nights in Hotel Azur, wellness was nice, breakfast is excellent. Receptionists were kind and overally I had a nice time at the hotel.

It was a very bad stay.the beds are hard as stones.the shower wasn't working the balcony was not maintained and moskitoes all over.it was my first and last stay at that hotel. Overall bad maintenance and no food available when I went for breakfast.

Apartments are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The cooking facilities are very basic, two slow cooking rings. We did not have any cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery are minimal. Restuarants are very reasonable so there is really no need to cook. Nice touch- washing up liquid and hand wash are supplied for your use. Easy walk from train station.

Spacious, clean rooms. Rich and good breakfast buffet . Free and working Wlan. Friendly staff. No Cons.

The hotel was very nice, modern and very comfortable. Air condition was also very goods. We also apreciated nice staff at reception. When we came, they immediately knew who we are and were prepared. Even we made a reservation through agoda.com, so the room was cheaper, they got us very nice room. It is not usually in other hotels.

The hotel is not very quiet in the morning so if you’re a light sleeper like me it gets really hard. Also the rooms did not have air conditioning which was surprising for me, but for only two nights it was ok.

Eco friendly hotel, spiders are around you. Very old house and stuffs in the room. It rememberates my childhood.

The hotel is old and it shows. The rooms havent been updated since the Berlin wall was erected. Its also a bit far from the main walking street of siofok (about 15 min walk). Breakfast is below average , there might be a slice of salami and second hand tomato slices waiting for you and thats about it. the rooms are clean and spacious and there is sequre parking and wifi in the room !

Good clean hotel right on the lake. Most rooms appear to have a view of the lake which is nice. Free parking can be found one block back from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby - the more upmarket ones are left of the hotel. Great value for money.

The host is what makes this place one of the nicest place I stayed in on my eurotour. And did I mention his baby? His baby is so positive and such a fun addition to the reception. Anyway we were there for balaton sound festival and that was fantastic. And Krisztian just made it easier and more convenient for us. Around the hotel there are food places and it's near everywhere. All in all, it is a fantastic place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Apartment Hotel Siofok and would love to go back there. The only issue with the apartment is that it is located around 3 kms away from the walking street and other lively places and hence eating options around the apartment are limited. . However, if you want quiet then you will love the location.

We stayed 3 days as a couple in september + clean, except many spiders but that's not the hotels fault, siofok is full of spiders - water was soapy or oily on every day (we brushed our teeth with bottled water) - 2nd evening only cold water, next morning much colder - almost no service (also not at breakfast) - the front desk at night didn't speak English (or German) - no room service - no wifi In september Siofok at the lakeside is like a ghost town. Not recommended. No dinner in the late evenings and no breakfast in early mornings. The staff in all the pubs are not really interested in their guests and at 22h all pubs close.

The five of us spent one night in the apartment. It was very nice and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It has a beautiful garden with sofas and chairs to chill outside. The location is perfect, the beach is nearby.
