Such a wonderful place best hotel in Tagaytay in my opinion the breakfast buffet was good I enjoyed the garlic rice and pastries most although the waiters and waitresses should be more attentive to the patrons at the buffet. The rooms were top notch very clean internet was also top notch very friendly room service was hit or miss some items were decently priced while others were quite high but you get what you pay for! Gym is small but a nice workout can be had in their gym. Also my wife enjoyed the massage they gave to her located nearby the gym area

We super enjoyed our stay at Anya Resort. My husband is usually not so fond of "staycations" but he was impressed with the service! The pool was incredibly gorgeous and it's heated! The entire pool is heated! Perfect for the Tagaytay weather. The staff were also so courteous and accomodating, most especially the hotel guards. Perks up our day! The hotel managers were even the ones who greeted us when we arrived, shook our hands and introduced us around. All in all it's a great place to stay and relax. The downside was that when we decided to have an evening swim, no lifeguards were available and the staff didn't provide any pool towels. The pool closed early at 7pm with nobody around to further assist. But all in all, everything was great! Sulit pa dn sa money. Will def come back here and this is our new fave resort / hotel in Tagaytay!

The room (1 bedroom suite) was very nice and well laid out for a couple. The location is good as there is less traffic in this area of Tagaytay unless you want to go towards the rotunda and main area of restaurants you have to deal with the traffic going there. You need to give your licence to the guard on the way in and it is a long windy road to the reception so you could get lost especially at night. There is no parking available for guests so you have to park on the roadside which is safe as it is in the Crosswinds gated village, however if there are a lot of people staying you may have to walk a long way to the reception. They did not offer valet. The restaurant Cafe Voi-La at the hotel (you need to drive back outside the gates) has a very good, although small, menu. Reception staff were good. I would stay again if it was not a busy weekend in Tagaytay and was not eating at the other side past the rotunda.

First off, they are very friendly. The welcome drinks will already tell you that you made the right choice booking this hotel. The ambiance is simple yet elegant. The heated pool is the best. I mean– how many hotels in Tagaytay have heated pools??? The hotel is not crowded. It’s really great for relaxation. Food. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. Read some reviews here that it’s not that great but, I tell you, I loved it. I’ve been to Bag of Beans several times but somehow I like their bfast in Hotel Monticello. Maybe because even though the choices are limited compared to the ones from Bag of Beans, their food is really delish. My favorites are their champorado, tapa, longganisa (garlicy not sweet) and their OMELETTE... And the croissants too! I added yogurt, blueberry and wallnuts to my croissant. Yummy! Like I said, We’re definitely going back!

Hotel is far from main road, this is a hotel for those with vehicles, else you'll have a hard time travelling. We chose this hotel as it is the only hotel in Tagaytay/Agoda with a family room that can accomodate 6pax in a single room. Staff were accomodating, we were allowed to check-in early and have a rest. My wife and mother in law availed the free massage. it was good and they felt relaxed and rejuvinated. Breakfast was simple plated but very delicious. It was cold weather in Tagaytay during our trip and had fog so it's really chilly to swim in the pool as it's not heated. but being adventurous, I went for a dip at night and felt good in fact haha. Overall, I am pleased with the service and accomodation and if my family is coming along again in Tagaytay, we'll choose this hotel again.

It was my parents' anniversary and birthday weekend, and I ought to treat them to a nice stay in Tagaytay. We've stayed previously in other hotels in Tagaytay, but I must say - while this is more on the steep side in terms of price per night - it was all worth it since we got the Jacuzzi suite. My parents were so happy with the accommodation and the stunning view of Taal from our suite (and even from the bathroom / jacuzzi room outside). We were also so pleased with the staff and how they served our dinner and breakfast orders. Available parking is a big plus too. Was so happy with our stay that while at it, I was already recommending it to my friends!

This isn't the first time that we've stayed in Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay and we always leave the hotel satisfied with their amenities and services. Though the staff this time around weren't as warm as our last visit, maybe because the hotel was very busy, they were quick to attend to our needs. Hotel Kimberly is definitely our "go to" hotel in Tagaytay.

The place was a breath of fresh air from your usual Tagaytay hotels. The breakfast setup which reminded me of weddings was a pleasant surprise. It is ideal for families.

My family stayed here overnight . We celebrated my birthday here in Tagaytay. Pros: We booked Lake view and they provided the right room for us. It was clean and carpeted. Tv was big. My family enjoyed the Amenities because they have excellent fitness center, bowling, badminton court and swimming pool. They even have golf course. You will also appreciate their nice lake views good for instagram. Fresh air and quiet ambiance. Cons: Room was a bit small. They did not provide bottled water onset you have to call lobby to request for water. We request to use our own chrome cast so we can make their tv a smart tv but we are not allowed for some reasons. For me price is expensive i thought i had a discount because of what Agoda offers. I paid almost 4000 but when we arrived they had me filled up a form and asked the age of my kid. When i said it’s 11 years old they had me charge 1200 for extra person with breakfast buffet. I hope they made it clear in Agoda that they will charge extra for my kid. Kinda disappointed but we push thru with it since we dont have a choice. Breakfast buffet is very limited . I would suggest to have your breakfast somewhere else. But if u don’t want to experience the hassle of preparing and looking for a good resto in the morning might as well stay. I will rate 8 out of 10 because of excellent amenities which you will not find in other hotel in Tagaytay. If u want to experience other things aside from visiting tourist spots then this hotel is good for the family. My daughter would like to stay here for a week because of many amenities.

We stayed overnight and I can say that this is the one of the best hotels in Tagaytay because of the location. Overlooking Taal is simply amazing and seeing the sunrise is awesome! Second is convenience because it is just beside Robinson's supermarket and some resto like Giligans, Starbucks, Razon's, Classic Savory, Rai Rai Ken and Hap Chan and 5-10 minute walk from Skyranch. Simply one of the best hotels in Tagaytay!

Cannot express how happy I was with the place. We booked the Stillness Luxe room (with a bathtub!) and the place did not disappoint. The room's dim and cool, which is perfect if your goal in Tagaytay is to get some R&R. The staff are nice and helpful too, and the food's delicious. Would definitely come back and would rec to anyone who wants to have the best time in Tagaytay.

from the moment we arrived until we left. the staff greeted us with a smile. 8 suites not only managed to impress me with their big rooms and good food it also gave me the feeling of being home away from home. i highly recommend this hotel to those couples or family who just wanted a place near the city to relax and unwind. it may be a little off to those type of people who wanted an active lifestyle because this hotel certainly cannot offer you those things. and for those wondering if its near popular places in tagaytay. it is not. 8 suites definitely is a place where you go and stay.

Casa Bed & Breakfast Review: Read a lot of reviews regarding this B&B, at first, I was honestly scared to push through this staycation. However, its my husband’s birthday and its already paid. Like last year, we decided to go for a staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday, its the 1st of November so we expect less hotel guests. Unlike last year, we decided to go for a long drive, from MMNL to Tagaytay. This B&B caught our attention first since its cheaper than the other hotels in Tagaytay, plus, the view was breathtaking, with all my excitement, I logged in my Agoda account and book the place. After booking that’s the only time I decided to read the reviews and I was shocked with all the negative comments, so I decided to write my review to compare to other comments, let me break it down: 1. Water - THERE IS WATER, its not the normal water flow, but there is water people. 2. It is true that they only serve breakfast - real joke there since its Bed and Breakfast hahaha. It is best to have snacks and diner food with you since the place is veri secluded, unless you want to drive right back to city proper. 3. There’s actually free soap and shampoo not sure why there are reviews complaining of getting only 2 free toothbrush, soap and shampoo. Pack your stuff people. And there were clean towels mind you. 4. Its true though that the place is way out of date, major renovation is needed, though the old country style charm is a plus points for me. 5. The staff are limited but very ATTENTIVE and friendly. Maybe I got lucky with the staff they have right now since all of my requests were provided easily and very fast. 6. The pool was CLEAN. Seriously, that’s the first thing I checked since my twins are going for a swim, it is clean. 7. The view, well like all other reviews its a plus plus points. Really nice view, we were literary just staring at Taal Lake like forever. 8. Taste of food and price - the price was higher than what you get, but it served really quick. The

We needed a place to stay for a wedding at the Tagaytay Midlands that is far from the Rotunda to avoid traffic. Check-in is quite tricky because you need to enter the other gate to reach the reception (not the gate directed by Waze). They will hand you a key to the unit and a gate pass for the cars. The unit assigned to us was quite far from the gate but walking the distance is enjoyable because of the cool breeze. We had trouble entering our room because the door was jammed. Luckily, I chanced upon a housekeeper who radioed the maintenance. We had to push the door with our shoulder to open the door. I hope they get this fixed. The (deluxe) room has a balcony. There were 2 beds: 1 king & 1 single. There is a kitchen with all the amenities. It is perfect for us who brought our own food to avoid going out at night. Though they have a tie-up with a restaurant if you want food delivered. Or you can just walk to the "Lanai" & whet up an appetite. If you want peace & quiet, away from the hustle & bustle of Tagaytay, this place is ideal. Though if there are children checked-in from the other rooms, you can hear their shouts from the balcony. Since ours is facing the parking lots (not the pool area), it was rarely a problem. The staff (security personnel, front desk, housekeeping) are all warm & welcoming. I would consider coming back. Great value for money.

Overall experience was great. My children love the place. Having McDonald's right beside the hotel was a big plus. You obviously can grab something to eat so easily, especially if you have children like mine with big appetites. Staff were very friendly, they aren't hard to talk to, they are very pleasant. Thankfully, with all the reviews I read about a not so clean room. ours was the total opposite. My children and I had a really good night's sleep, the bed was really comfortable. It was basically clean. The location though was one of the downside for me. The place is far from where the action is, so you have to travel a bit to get to the heart of Tagaytay where all the happenings are. If you drive, brace yourself, traffic was crazy. The other downside was the WIFI access from inside the room. That shouldn't be a problem these days, I'm sure it isn't for the other hotels nearby, but it is for this hotel though.

Pros: - Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax while getting a massage - Fairly near the other landmarks you want to visit in Tagaytay - All the staff were very courteous and helpful - The food taste good ; pricey but good - Lots of activities to do when you're there (farm visit, juice making, coffee roasting, etc) - Room we got was surprisingly very clean (I was prepared for the worst because of the nature theme of the place) - Don't leave this place without getting a massage/spa treatment! Cons: - As with all things nature-related, be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes - Pool is always dirty as well though can't really blame the staff 'cause the place is just surrounded by greenery and leaves, insects and whatnot will always find their way to the pool - Breakfast spread is a bit sparse with only a few options available - I found the massage/spa prices to be a bit on the pricier side so just make sure your budget takes this into account All in all, my wife and I had a fairly pleasant stay.

I booked a lake sight view room for 2 days. and it was the best day ever. Pros for this room: 1. The view. The view of the Taal lake was majestic. Woke up early on the first day just to watch to the sunset and you don't want to miss it! 2. Staff. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They also have a pet dog, Blue that was so cute. 3. Ambience. If you're going for a honeymoon it's the perfect room for you. 4. Location. There's literally a mall in front of the hotel. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner there. So accessible Cons. 1. A bit expensive (but well worth it compared to any hotel in Tagaytay that has view)

We stayed 2 nigths. we arrived past 6:00pm we are from manila. We took bus from Baclaran to Olivares 78php/each then jeepney to Sungay East 11php/each. Hotel is very easy to find. It is infront of "Picnic Grove" locals are friendly they would assist you. The receptionist was so nice. He even give us flyers to check what the city has to offer. our room was clean and cute. good for 2 female travelers. all you need was given they also offer free breakfast with your choice each day. view is so awesome they have pool you can also access free. and Food was great. taste really well. also the restaurant was so cool they offer acoustic nigths and food is excellent you will taste the best. On the menu each city in Philippines has its own food to offer. you have your choices. Siglo has great people and worth paying for. i enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Dont forget visiting taal its the most beautiful experience we had just hire locals coordinate first w/amount. we got boatrides for 1500php and trycikel 500php tagaytay to batangas then try the horse ride 450php plus fee of tour guide which is 500php. tip is optional we gave 300php for horse ride since its not easy going on top of hill. enjoy your stay in tagaytay. Room #02 Pros: -Rustic Design -Worth the money compared to other hotels along the ridge ( Tagaytay hotels are generally pricier compared to overseas or other places) -Breathtaking view -Yummy breakfast served in our room -Friendly staff (hope they can accommodate early check-in next time) -got loads of books in the room -cozy bed -relaxing scented rooms and toilet Cons: -parking lot is insuffient if there's alot of guest For improvement: -Hope they could add thicker curtains -Hope they had a cafe or would serve desserts and hot drinks Overall... its our new favorite place to stay in Tagaytay

We occupied a 2 bedroom unit (9ij) it has 2 bedrooms (as expected) both having a nice view, 2 balconies, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a refrigirator and 2 bathrooms each having a water heater. One Tagaytay place as a whole is tourist friendly and centrally located as such you can visit most of Tagaytay's attraction from there (although Tagaytay doesn't offer that much). It also boast a roof top pool, a bit small though but with a view, they have bell boys that are friendly and always willing to help you with your bags, they also have parking spaces but I suggest if you are driving a long vehicle, opt to park outside because their basement parking is a bit small, we brought a Ford ranger and Sportivo and the parking attendant made us park at the basement and we did have hard time getting out. For improvements... Maybe they can have a bidet on every CR, and since we are 6pax they should've provided additional bedding (blankets, bed sheets, pillows etc) for their sofa bed, good thing we brought our own sheets and Lysol just to be sure although the place is clean it's always a good thing to disinfect the beds first. Some of the light bulbs aren't working as well so the room is kinda dim. We did experience some miscommunication with the caretaker which caused us a bit of inconvenience, but that can be easily addressed. I give this place an 8.00 rating

this 4-room establishment is becoming popular for tagaytay weekend getaways. our stay coincided with a very wet, rainy weekend but this place was nothing but cozy, and just plain wonderful. the rooms are located at the lower level of the cluster of restaurants. there are 2 private entrances going to the rooms. the room that was assigned to us was the montauk suite. it was huge. it had 2 queen beds, generous room furniture and a mini bar. the room opens to a large veranda that had an amazing view of taal volcano. it was as if the volcano was at an eye-level! the bathroom is also amazing! it has twin sinks which is a nice touch. shower cum bath tub is large. the rooms came with breakfast -- not the typical filipino breakfast, but more continental. very very good too. daily bed turn down service was also a nice touch. adorable little beanie toys are left on the bed to wish you a sweet dreams.

This is our second booking with this hotel, definitely our favorite Tagaytay hotel. It may look like a shady hotel but the room, the staff, the food, the location, and the cleanliness/maintenance is top-notch! It's right beside Robinson's, super convenient. There's ample parking space. Room is just right, very clean and elegant. There's free breakfast and it's yummy. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Super love this hotel. Very much recommended for your Tagaytay stay!

I went to Tagaytay for a short vacation outside the city. I've been to Tagaytay many times so my main purpose was to enjoy the weather, stay in bed, and just have a slow weekend. This hotel was perfect for it. I was lucky enough to get a room with a small veranda / balcony looking out to the terrace area (the room name was "Ibon" - English for "Bird"). I didn't even use the aircon and just had the sliding doors open the whole day. It was a quaint, clean, modern room, and I loved the fact that the walls were lined with artwork. The rooftop grill and drinking bar was also awesome, if you're travelling with a couple of friends, this is an amazing chill spot at night. The breakfast was plated (not the usual hotel buffet style) and you get to choose from a set of items. It was not that much, but you can order additional items anyway. The best breakfast item? The unlimited tsokolate (hot chocolate) drink and kapeng barako. Awesome hotel overall. Will come back any day.

villa ibarra is an exemplary example of comfortable hotel in tagaytay city suitable for business travelers, tourists, couples plan to get married and locals alike. on the day of our arrival, when i drove into the compound looking for the parking, great service was already evident, it came in the form of helpful security guards ushering me to the appropriate parking space. the lobby lounge located on the ground floor is magnificent; i was captured with the picturesque and breath taking scenery of taal volcano. when i check-in, staffs are very attentive and friendly which makes us feel more comfortable. the rooms are spacious, clean, elegant and stylish. unlike most hotels in tagaytay city, the size was not an issue. i stayed in a 2 bedded room and fit 4 people more than comfortably. moreover, the place was very relaxing, the view was so amazing and all you have to do is to have some quite time with nature. high speed wireless broadband internet connection is free and caters exclusively the hotel guests. villa ibarra is very artistic with space, comfort and efficiency. i had a great experience and would definitely come back and stay here again! oh! i would like to say thank you to all the friendly staffs there and see again very soon! god bless and more power!!!

I agree with other reviewers that it's an incredible setting to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The staff is the best and since I have frequently stayed there they already know my likes so it feels very personal. I look forward to staying at this property often.

This time we looked for a place away from the main highway so we can get away with the human and car traffic, and I guess we just hit the jackpot. This place is the best place to be- not far from restaurants, parallel to skyranch (you can actually see the ferris wheel from the balcony), just a ride away from the places you want to be, near mahogany market for the freshest harvest, and of course, Tagaytay's bulalo. And location is just the icing. We were welcomed by the best staff who assisted us and let us check in quite early because we came in at around 9am. And when we got into our room, we were greeted by the sweetest clean smell. it's as if you're in a 5-star hotel. And the linens? Best linens I have to say. Though you need to be extra careful not to soil the linens because they might have to charge you. The restaurant downstairs offers a number of choices for your free breakfast. They also have the best crew who caters to our requests which sometimes are not in their menu. They have karaoke for wednesdays and thursdays, and live bands on fridays and saturdays. But since it we were there during the Holy Week, they showed Christian films instead. Overall, it was one of the best places we've been too, if not the best. Miss Anne, was the most accommodating. :) Thank you.

November is the month of the birthdays of my husband, my son and my mother, so, to have one celebration and treat for all of them, I decided to take my whole family for a week-end at Tagaytay. That would explain why I am the one filling up all these three review forms, because I was the one who paid for all the three rooms. My brother and his wife stayed in one room; my husband, my son and I stayed in another room; while my mother and her 3 grandchildren stayed in the 3rd room. I must say that I did not make a mistake in choosing Days Hotel. Though I had actually wanted to stay at another hotel which was nearer to the Picnic Grove but wasn't able to because the rooms I wanted were all taken already for that week-end, I do not at all regret ending up at the Days Hotel. The mere fact that it is on the ridge and not on the other side gives it an edge already over half of the hotels in Tagaytay which are on the other side (where there is no view of Taal volcano). The location is perfect because it is right in the center of Tagaytay therefore it is near everything. I especially loved that I was able to walk to the rotonda where the row of gardens are and was able to buy 2 beautiful palm trees.

estancia is one of the best hotels in tagaytay. the staffs are welcoming and corteous. you don't even need to go outside the hotel for sight-seeing because you can tour around the hotel without compromising the stunning views from the forest to the lake. there were also alot of amenities inside -- outside pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, vodeoke room, billiards. really the best place to stay in tagaytay.

I have stayed in several hotels in tagaytay and so far this is the best I have been so far. The rooms are elegantly designed with a touch of class. The rooms can easily compete with 5 star hotels but with just a fraction of the price. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they seem to take care of details in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom amenities are available only upon request, but this is understandable because, even other countries do that too, hotels also do their part in saving the planet by minimizing the use of plastic containers, etc. The staffs are friendly and ready to serve with a smile. Breakfast is good, I love the tapa! The location is also right in the center of Tagaytay which is good. Overall, this is a hotel that will give you value for money. This is definitely the best hotel in Tagaytay. Definitely, I will book this hotel again in my next Tagaytay trip.
