"We were on the 4th floor 431 it was newly remodeled the floor was light gray wood grain laminate the room was very sleek with fine line modern furniture and the mirror in the bathroom was very contemporary back lite great for makeupt the staff was awesome they made you feel very at home went out of there way to meet any need . The whole hotel was clean fresh well decorated, the pool was very big the only thing that needed help was the pool had leaves in the bottom and you could tell that it hadn’t been skimmed there were lots of ants and other bugs, but with that said they had a horrible thunderstorm on Thursday evening. My husband and I were very impressed and not to see old carpet and new hardwood floors was a very pleasant welcomed surprise. One more thing they served a hot Buffett breakfast every morning although it was not free it was only 5.50 per person. Would stay there again .the price was very reasonable we had a very comfortable king size bed. Just so everyone knows this is "

"I made my reservation more than a week in advance. I arrived and was given a key to a room. I went to the room and there was no parking near the room. It was late at night and I was alone (at the time). The first thing I noticed when I went to open the door was the curtain was only hanging on by 1 or 2 hooks. The key did not work. I went to the front desk to tell them about the key and to ask if someone could put the curtain back up. The front desk clerk said he would move me to another room. I asked for a room further down because there was no available parking. I was given another room, but told that I would not be charged for the "upgrade". Long story short, I was charged for the upgrade, which was a counter top "stove" that did not work. Housekeeping did bring more towels and washcloths, but did very little else. There was not iron / ironing board. The pictures gave me higher hopes than my reality."

"When we entered the room we immediately smelled a musty odor. The walls had stains and marks. The chair was covered with a white stain and mildew. The bathroom was fairly clean but in the shower I looked up and the top of the walls were covered in mildew. The windows were in poor shape and mildew and dirt. The bed was clean. The parking lot had trash all over. The building was not maintained. I only stayed one night. Couldn’t wait to leave. The lady at desk was polite and friendly."
