"This was the 2nd time I stay with this hotel again, overall staff are professiional and room is clean, bigger size than other standard Tokyo hotel, this time hotel staff perform much better than last time when I stay here. Only one thing I would suggest is the airport shuttle bus, it would be much better if they can extend their last route up to midnight 1:00, to have the same service hour as the one opposite their hotel. I took night flight and arrive Haneda airport in the midnight, experienced that when we tried to catch the shuttle bus for the last route at 12:40 am, it was just 1 minutes late and just watch the bus gone, if they can extend 10~20 minutes later would be much better."

"When we arrived, we realized that our booking put us all on smoking rooms. The helpful staff managed to put us on non-smoking but we still need to stay two nights at smoking rooms as at the time they have no non-smoking room for the whole duration of our stay. We found that the smoking room has better bed with some sort of memory foam or latex foam lining on top. The hotel is about 10minutes walk away from the JR Shinjuku station. For us it is not a long walk and we think it is a good distance but not too far because Shinjuku station is very busy. There are two mini marts and there are plenty of restaurants too on the hotel premises. You can find several more between hotel and Shinjuku station. Rooms are clean, although a bit small as most other hotels in Tokyo are. Sometimes the wait time for the elevator can be quite long although there are six elevators. Our first local tour's meeting place (Yakoso) is right at the hotel and airport Limousine bus can take us directly to the hotel and we can purchase return tickets to airport right at the hotel as well. This is a big plus because we have quite a few luggages. We think this is the most convenient hotel we have stayed. Distance from the JR station is just right and you can find quite a selection of food at the hotel too: Japanese, Chinese, Western, even an Indian food restaurant."

"A very clean hotel. It is newly opened. My room was rather small and cramp, which is expected of Tokyo hotels. Many amenities besides the basic toiletries were provided. The bathroom was designed to look like your very own private onsen. The view from my room on the 21st floor was superb. The only gripe I had was that the bed was too small. It is a super single bed. Too cramped for 2 adults and 1 small child. The other thing is the blinds. It is not enough to keep sunlight out in the morning and the sun rises at 4am in Tokyo. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores just below the hotel and it is just within 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. The service from the staff at the front desk was excellent. I asked many questions and directions to the attractions in Tokyo and they took the initiative to look up from the internet whatever they did not have answers to."

"This was our 2nd stay at the Arts Omori Hotel in Tokyo. We chose it again because of the staff and it is in a very conienent location near the Omori Station. For this trip, when we first arrived we were given a Smokimg room by mistake. My husband called the front desk and asked for an English speaking person and was immediately connected. The concierge came to our room and helped move us to a non-smoking room, apologizing all the way. We couldn't believe how fast they were to rectify the error and make sure we were satisfied. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning are always so polite and accomodating. "

"Cons. It’s a single room and relatively small. The bathroom is cramped. Pros. Very convenient location. Right for the price. Though I just said the room is small, it was sufficient for me. It was also larger than I thought it would be. (I was fearing a capsule sized hotel room.). Close to the Shinagawa station (JR and Keikyu), it was easy to get to and from the hotel. All the amenities that you need (Toiletries, charging cables, tv, etc.), so you do not have to worry about packing all the small things. I prefer the other towers, but the price was 1/3 of what I found for the other rooms on a busy three day weekend. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get by with simple English. I would recommend this hotel for the single traveler looking for a convenient location and not worried about having a large room. "

"I have stayed in many of this kind of business hotel in Tokyo. Hotel Villa Fontaine Roppongi provides top value for quite a reasonable price. Location: right next to Izumi Garden complex with a wide variety of eateries. A 10 minute walk to Roppongi main streets; less than 15 minutes to Tokyo Midtown department store complex, currently the best shopping experience in town. The hotel sits atop subway line providing immediate access to anywhere else you care to explore in Tokyo. For business, downtown Marunouchi district less than 20 mins away. Service: friendly and helpful. Vending machines in hotel ok, but better to walk to nearby family mart or Izumi Garden for lower priced snacks or sundries. Daily newspapers only in Japanese. Rooms: these smaller rooms superior to most of this class of hotel. Remarkably could hear no noise from adjacent occupied rooms. Free internet access a definite plus. Mini refrig large enough for storing reasonable amount of perishables. With breakfast included, exceptional value for money. Stayed 4 nights. Would stay again. "

"Hello. I was in this hotel for 7 nights. I had choose the "Non-Smoking, Single Person Room". The location of this hotel is very Central. All offices areas are near by location & hotel area is well connected with main transportation services. So nice location for person who visits for Business / official meetings. Exact straight -opposite side of road - 300-400 mtrs walking distance of 7 min is " Tokyo Air Terminal (Bus Stand of T-CAT/ Lemosune Bus" which comes from Narita / Haneda airport in to Tokyo City). Kayabacho Metro Station is 2 min walking distance. "Nihonbashi" which is most central area is hardly 5 min walking distance (300 mtrs) & Tokyo Station is almost 15 min walking distance. Lot of - Indian restaurents, Caffe Shops, Family Marts & Offices are located in near by area. My room was quiet Small, but I visited nearby hotels in Tokyo - it was better & rate was attractive than others. Almost 30% less than others for the same size room. Hotel staff was very co-operative & hotel was nicely maintained. Room Service was nice, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron was provided on negligible charges. Wi-Fy Speed was excellent. Bathroom was enough big with all amenities & hot water. Room was having "Water Heating Kettle & complementary pouches of Green Tea". The morning breakfast was also good (not suitable for me as Indians do not eat Beef or Pork) but it was having - Sweet Breads, Salad, Eggs, & Juces so - not excellent but Ok for me. In breakfast - they do not serve any "Europian / Continental Breakfast - But it is everywhere in Tokyo / Japan even in five star hotel. So it was not a big deal. Other Japanese / Korean / Chinese even Europian was Enjoying the same. Only the problem was - it do not have any Restaurent for 24 hrs (so after Breakfast at 10 am their Restaurants get close) & dont have any Machine for Tea & Coffee in evening time. So every time I have to go out for Tea & coffee if i need at mid / evening / night. It do not have any Big Lob"
