"Perfect location. Have bus from/to the airport stop right outside of the hotel. Walking distance to most of attractions in Trondheim. The room is not so big but cosy. Provide babycot at no extra cost. The air ventilation wasn’t so good though. For my personal experience the pillows weren’t so comfortable (too flat and too soft). Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the variation of foods are a little bit limited."

"The first thing you notice about the place (besides the central location, a hundred meters from the train station and a ten minute walk from the Nidaros Cathedral) are the toys all over the lobby, and the staff, all wearing cat ears, tiaras or something like that - you're not quite sure if they're kindergarten staff, cosplayers, or possibly the hotel staff. That said, in all interaction, they were all helpful and professional, so even though I was not travelling with kids, I felt I got good service during my two day stay. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was not precisely generous, but I think, quite typical of a Norwegian breakfast. I would not be unwilling to stay here again, but might take a chance on another hotel."

"We travelled to Trondheim by cruise from Bergen, this hotel was selected based on its close location to the terminal. The room was clean, and we had got a bigger room which is barrier free accessible. We had an early flight to Tromso the next day. Remember to order the early bird breakfast if you'd like it before 7:00am."
