"It was before new year, me and my family thinking which place we would be spending our holiday, suddenly we thought of tulungagung..we wanted to go to the beach called Pantai Popoh at first..then we started to look at agoda for the hotel..we found this 4 stars hotel with a great price...after we arrived at the hotel, we really got surprized with the size of the hotel which was very large area and when we saw the room, it was beyond our expectation which was a very great room for this cheap price...and we got another surprice by a free ticket to a new year eve party...
And we got a free voucher to spend a night there....what a great hotel....

"Every time we visit Tulungagung, we will stay in Istana hotel. I need to give a advise to the owner of this hotel is we think this hotel is time to start renovation already. The flooring, bed and toilet is getting old. I hope the management could maintain their rooms so that to maintain the goodwill of the hotel."Show more

"Despite that the place itself is located in a remote area, thus giving you a peaceful rest, Other than that don't bother coming if you are looking for a holiday resort. Food is okay but the time they prepare your dish is ridiculuous, waited for 45 min of fried rice and all they can tell you is "be patient". The room is not very clean as well, insects everywhere and towels smell. Overall, this place is only good for stopover or gathering occation. No other facilities as well.. All in all, a boring place!!"Show more
