"Nice big hotel in the suburban area of Verona, big spacious room although its a bit outdated. decent quality breakfast with a lot of choices. However, there was a rude lady who completely ignored me at the reception, even when I was standing right in front of her and trying to say hello. The other male staff members were very polite and warm. and just FYI, the underground parking is not free, it costs 8 euros per day."
