"This hotel is probably one of the highest quality hotels in Windhoek but it is pretty typical of a mid-high end hotel from a chain like Hilton. The hotel is very new so everything seems fresh - the room was well designed and slightly small but comfortable. We only used the hotel as a resting place on the way to and from the airport so didn't have much use of the facilities, but we had no complaints. But I always find it disappointing when these big hotels charge for internet, while every smaller hotel that we stayed at on our trip gave guests internet for free."

"This is a very nice hotel in Windhoek. It is cheaper than the Hilton Windhoek but I doubt the Hilton could be more comfortable or convenient. The room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The only problem with this hotel is the Internet as we had real difficulties sending out email. The hotel staff tried to help us but were never able to really solve the problem. For this reason alone I would say that it is not practical for business travellers to stay in this hotel. However it should not be a problem for tourists. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a shopping mall which seems unusual at first but is actually quite convenient. There are some great restaurants in Windhoek which are all a short cab ride from the hotel"
