"Terrible experience. No staff on site. Had to make 5 phone calls to different numbers to get someone to provide access. Located in a noisy, seedy area. Breakfast was an outrage. We were told we could help ourselves to an open loaf of bread, and open boxes of cereal in a communal kitchen. No hygiene standards complied with. A general disgrace."
