Best hotels & accommodations in Yerevan

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to Republic Square and other hip spots in Yerevan. Room is clean and staff can converse in English. Their restaurant and bar serves good food and wide range of wines and alcoholic drinks at good prices. Breakfast was good but can be better if choices are improved. Hotel also has a pool, gym and an automated ma...

Best value for money hotel in Yerevan in my opinion and the location is perfect as it is in the center of North avenue where most of the tourist attractions and cafe, restaurants are. Plus their rooms are extremely comfy just like all Accor Group of Hotels! Dont waste your time, this is worth your money

I would like to thank Viktoria, Anna and Evrika for the warmest welcome. They were very accommodating, ensured that i will have a great time not just in their hotel but also in this amazing country. They helped me booked my transportation and my tours. I am definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. The location is just exactly where i want to be;...

Just the hotel you would want to be in Yerevan.....right at thre Republic Square and close to the museums, Cascades....very central. Lot of eating, shopping places right around the place. Most happening place in Yerevan. The staff were very friendly & helpful...were in touch with us right from the time of our booking until we checked in. It was a very pleasant & co...

The hotel was everything I needed for my last two days in Armenia - central, clean & reasonably priced. Our first room had an issue with the heating so we were moved to another room. The beds were super comfortable and a large size (we had twin share), we had a balcony door that opened to the bustling street and a generously sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet was exc...

The hotel is not up to other Double tree hotels standards. Rooms are not that big, but clean. Do have smokers rooms and in the lobby you can smoke too. The management are too rules focused and really do not understand customer service. The bellboy, David, has excellent service skills and should definitely be given employee of the year, he was excellent. Management...

Everything was great there, from check in to check out, cleaning, WiFi, room size, blackout curtains and great facilities. If I really have to find a fault is the noise proof is not so good especially if they put guests next to each other rooms, you could hear people talking or checking out. Thanks to Nazareth for all the recommendation about Yerevan attraction and whe...

We stayed at the Repulica for two weeks in April and had an amazing time. The staff were all unbelievably nice and respectful. The hotel is very conveniently located in central Yerevan and easy walking distance to many museums. It is a new hotel and very clean. The standard of service at the restaurant was high and team were always cheerful and welcoming. We would stay...

We showed up at the hotel after a 30+ hour flight only to be informed that there was no record of the large private double-room which we had booked over a week prior and paid for via debit card. We were instead informed that our booking was for an eight-person dormitory with shared bathroom. Obviously this was completely unacceptable. The staff finally managed to accom...

The staff was just wonderful. They were always accessible and friendly and helped with directions, getting taxis, and making sure I had everything I needed. They let me check in very early, and check out late (um, 7 hours late!) for only a small fee. It was definitely worth the late check out because it gave me basically an extra day there to roam around. The hotel doe...

Ara (owner) is very hospitable, he knows a lot and explain everything i need to know. The location is a minor issue though but Thanks to him as he introduced me to the app "YANDEX TAXI" whic is similar to "Uber" or "Grab Taxi" in some other countries. Its around 6km from my hotel to the republic square just around 10 to 15 mins drive... download the app if u are goin...

The location is the only good thing about this property. The curtains do not cover all of the window, there are gaps in the Windows so a lot of noise comes through at night. The staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. They pre charged my card, despite having selected pay cash on arrival and tried to charge for early check in without informing us of this. 100% avoid th...

We stayed in Yereven Boutique apartment located in the city. It is 5 minutes walk to Republic Square and has easy access to everything we needed (shops, pubs and restaurants) that makes our vacation hassle-free and relax. We enjoyed wondering around the city without any worries of getting home late. :) The apartment is equipped with everything we needed (except adapte...

We had our winter travel last 1st week of March 2019. We bookedthis hotel 2 days before our arrival date. We were suprised when the staff said our room was upgraded for free from Standard Twin room to One bedroom apartment. Lucky us :-)The room is well maintained, beautiful design, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Hot and cold shower. Heater is working the entire room. ...

They forgot to pick us up at the airport - the beds were hard and the shower was so small only a 100 lb person could fit in it. I asked for extra pillows and pads to make the bed softer and they didn't have that ready either. The food was ethic with no variety for western tastes. Over all disappointing.

For the price, this has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed at if not the best. When I was shown my spacious room, I thought it was one of the common rooms. I couldn't believe I had such a nice room for such a low price. But the staff really make it such a find. Ask anything, and they will go to all lengths to help you. Any help you need with your stay, they'...

This guest house is excellent to stay when you're in Armenia, it feels like home. Mrs. RP (lady owner) is very kind, helpful, friendly & accommodating. Our delicious breakfast was prepared by her. She helps us in booking our taxi when we want to go out (coz a bit far to walk going to city center). Me and my family enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this guest hou...

This was our second time to Yerevan and our stay at Envoy was amazing. The hostel was clean, quiet and in a convenient location. Staff are a real asset to this hostel, welcoming, informative and always willing to help. Their tours are definitely worth doing. They are well-planned and provide insight into the Armenian culture with their lunches at locals' homes. Envoy H...

GREAT location! Everywhere you want to go is just minutes away by walk. :) Very accommodating landlord. Mohammed was always reachable and helps out as much as he can. The apartment was beyond what we had hope for. Very clean, spacious and just beautiful. :)

The one bedroom apartment we stayed at was exactly as the description and was fully equipped for both short or longer stays. The location was perfect for Republic Square being just a few minutes walk away. Aram was the perfect host very warm and friendly and always available if needed. The pickup from the airport although we arrived very early am was extremely useful a...

Lovely place to stay. Nice and clean and in a good location, just 3 minutes walk to the train station and metro. English spoken. Beautiful breakfast every morning made and served by such a kind lady who makes you feel very special. I highly recommend this hotel . There are shops near the station and a few places to eat. Just be aware that nearly all the signs in the sh...

Really appreciated when i checked in at 6:00am, and leave another day at 6:00am without extra charge. A small lift working so if you carry heavy luggage, it will be ok. At least two of the staff could speak English (Trust me, you cannot find much people can speak English in this country) Staff is helpful in answering transport question, e.g. nearby metro station, mashr...

We arrived 1 am and the staff were very welcoming and happy to assist us although the apartment is 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel itself. We even tried to tip the bell boy but he desisted and its fine. The only concern since it's an apartment is the security. There is no concierge or guard at the apartment so anyone can roam inside the apartment. But everything else...

I was recommended to stay at this hotel by a business partner. The hotel is not really new and looks a bot old fashion but I spent four days there and my stay was good. The staff at the reception could not find my registration but they were very easy and when I spoke with a person from the reservation department the day after everything was fine. Breakfast was very goo...

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room were spacious as described online. Staff was friendly and guided us when i inquired . Only advise would to have variety in breakfast option . Have name tag for each dish so guest are aware what they are eating .

Central located boutique hotel with a over the top design (Marcel Wanders meets aging Phillip Stark), maybe not everyones cup of tea, but daring different. Very clean. Great bathroom, good shower. Limited on the street free parking, great breakfast, though fresh coffees and fresh juices should be supplied! Staff is very friendly. Location is in one of the nicest and tr...

With this trip, I'm with my brother. This is my second time in Armenia and still, I've booked Bass Boutique Hotel 'cause breakfast is really great + the staffs are really nice. The location is somewhat a little far from the city center. But then, if you love to roam around the city, this hotel suits for you. If you're tired to walk, taxi is available everywhere (its ch...

It was the most awesome experience. Hovhannes, the owner of the hotel, gave us the best service and he took care of everything from the first day we arrived until we checked out from the hotel, was always in touch, interested in our impressions and wishes. During the holidays the wife had a birthday. Hovhannes helped me with the delivery of flowers, reserved a table in...

Just off a side street to Republic Square, the hotel is basic but comfortable, the breakfast buffet is so-so but serviceable. Though some problems cropped up with parking outside the hotel and wifi, the staff were super friendly, solved things quickly and offered a discount for the trouble without hesitation.

Traveler impressions of Yerevan
very warm and welcoming people. asians are popular there :) - not so many asians visiting- well, i guess locals have yet to get used to international tourists, in a good way.
its full of religious relics, history, ancient places and extra ordinary sceneries. Good people, safe place to travel.
