The staff were wonderful and really took care of me--from the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the breakfast and dinner staff, to the very helpful staff at the desk. As a woman traveling alone, I felt so comfortable and safe traveling around Chittagong. The staff was also so helpful telling me how to get to museums and other sites, and where to get the best souvenirs. The Bangladeshi restaurant was excellent; I had dinner there every night since I wanted to try the local food, and there was a great selection. Also the breakfast had an excellent selection of food. On the whole the staff was wonderfully welcoming. It is a big 5 star luxury hotel, but it feels very warm and welcoming. I had a really nice stay there.

Radisson is locally known as the best hotel in Dhaka and lives upto its name. we found the staff very helpful and obliging. the rooms were spacious and the amenities adequate for a five star hotel. there are ample facilities and space around the complex that one does not need to leave.

We had an amazing time to spend our holidays in this resort. The staffs, room quality, service levels, facilities, amenities were all really a 5 star level. The only suggestion was to incorporate more items in the room service menu which was an issue as we didn't wanted to have repeated items for meals. Overall it was a great experience!

We booked this hotel because it's new building. However, when we arrive, found we need to stay in their old building becaus we book the suite. Although it's disappointed, we honour to our booking and stay in the old building. However, the swim pool is small surrounding by other tall building, gym room is small. No matter how, the main problem is the maintenance of the room facilities is extremely poor. My 1st room which the shower is not working. After changing to another room, which security box is not working, weight balance is not working. Only one resuraunt in the hotel. One thing I like this hotel is they are having very nice and friendly staff. It's credit to the scores for this hotel.

The security team of my company recommend this hotel because of it's location, not so high profile and the facilities surrounding the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel compared to other 5-star global-chained hotels.

Of all our stays in Dhaka, this small but wonderful hotel stole our heart. The service was outstanding and everything was impeccably clean. The bed rivaled the softness and comfort of a luxury hotel and we got the best sleep we have ever had in Bangladesh. Everyone was very accommodating. Look forward to staying again soon.

This Hotel has jst opened 3 months ago and so there is even still some work going on. The Hotel is located jst 10 min away from the Airport which for a City like Dhaka is ver important. Very good Business Hotel with brand new nicley decorated rroms. If the Hotel will not raise the room rates, i can say it is very good vaue for the Money.

My overall stay at Hotel Orchard Suites was nothing less than stellar. From the airport pickup to checkout, I had an amazing experience with Orchard. The hotel staff has amazing team chemistry and are extremely friendly and attentive. They all seem to enjoy working there and the daily "good mornings" and "how's your stay?" goes a long way. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself is well kept, and in a fantastic location. Just outside is a little park where there are occasionally cultural fairs and locals playing cricket. The food at the restaurant downstairs is great, and the complimentary breakfast buffet has a great variety--looked forward to heading down for breakfast every morning! When traveling to experience a country, people usually recommend staying at a home to get the full experience. At Orchard, from the staff to the food, everything felt close to home. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Orchard Suites to anyone traveling to Bangladesh. Oh, and having the Dhaka Tribune at my door every morning went great with their coffee! Thank you Hotel Orchard Suites for making my time in Bangladesh an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Sorry to say that the Westin Dhaki hotel charging a very expensive price but the hotel is just a fair 5-star hotel. It is in a building without a garden for you to walk. I understand it is already one of the best hotel in Dhaki. There is a restaurant in the top floor. The spaghetti and pizza are very good. The room is comfortable. The staffs are nice.

I really really enjoyed my stay at Richmond hotel. The staff there are very friendly and their service is flexible (I fell sick on my last day, they let me stay in the room for 6 more hours without charging me; They also helped a lot with the bus ticket booking, thanks!) The room is very spacious and clean, shower is good. Downstairs there is a George's cafe, the food there is very decent, they have the best red velvet cupcake I have ever tasted! Anyway, I will highly recommend people stay in Richmond, you won't regret it!

Like all of Bangladesh, the people hear are helpful, friendly and can't do enough to help. The hotel rooms are comfortable and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Id recommend the staff offer fresh coffee at breakfast as it seemed to be the only thing missing from a delicious buffet breakfast. Would also recommend providing cushions for the sunbeds, especially as they are made of solid wood and a little uncomfortable. That said, these are minor points and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay. Would happily come again.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel 71.Dhaka is a very congested and chaotic city, so this hotel became my reprieve from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff at this hotel try very hard to make your stay pleasant, all staff members from reception staff to restaurant staff to the security outside are all very welcoming. The rooms represent good value for money when you consider how much you are paying, my room was spotlessly clean and came equipped with satellite tv, fridge ect. The buffet breakfast is good and the restaurant is also a good option for an evening meal. The location was good for me to visit all the sights I wanted to see, the hotel staff came out and helped me when I had a communication problem with the rickshaw drivers, they told the driver where I wanted to go and told me how much to pay, this really helps when you are a first time visitor in Bangladesh. So overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka.

i found this hotel to be conveniently located, near but not too near the downtown area. this hotel is located in a side street and next to a park. dhaka is a challenge in terms of teeming population, dusty/smokey , strangling traffic. the lake castle was a welcome respite from all the mayhem.

This is my third time staying at hotel sarina. Room is big and comfortable. Blackout happens but I think it is quite common in Dhaka. But always the backup generator kicks in less than 30 seconds so no problem with that. Best part of the hotel is the food options. They have 4 restaurants with plenty of options. Their Elite club serves pretty decent thai food now. Interesting.

PROS: - Offer (one way) free airport transfer - Really friendly staff, clean rooms and nice modern facilities. - Every day there was a small selection of cakes waiting for me on my return to the room - Breakfast selection was fine CONS / Feedback: - Website was down and took a couple of days to get a response to a message sent via their facebook page. I ended up calling to arrange airport pickup which I didn't receive an email confirmation for as requested, but thankfully they were there and the pick up service was great. - Music at breakfast was a bit hyper for my liking and every morning I smacked my knee on the table leg at breakfast due to the placement of the chairs. - leave the a/c at the temperature the guest has set it at. No need to have it so cold! - When a guest hangs their towel, no need to wash / replace it! - No iron in the room

Wonderful place to stay. Staffs were were the best, polite and professional. Very clean. It has a best breakfast buffet, even better than Radission Blue. Price is out of the world Best for the money. You can’t get a better deal than this in where in the world. I wish them all the best.

Nice, new, boutique hotel about 6km from airport. They have a daily hotel shuttle to the airport, in fact. My room was small, but nice use of space, with a little settee/couch, work desk, comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked great. They have a little cafe on ground floor open 24/7, as well as a nice restaurant on 1st floor. The staff performance was excellent and professional. I'd recommend this to anyone, especially the business traveler who doesn't want to be too far from the airport (as traffic can be a disaster here).

Overall the stay was good. That said the hotel looks tired and an investment into a refurbishment program is overdue, but then again, that seems to be the challenge of most owners in Bangladesh not wiling to invest to keep the hotel in the position it was in when it opened, let alone to move with the times.

The best thing about this hotel is cleanliness and everyone's behavior. From reception to restaurant staffs every one is so welcoming and eager to help. The food was good. Only thing bothered my is the room size. I was travelling solo so I opted for a single bed room ( which could be shard by two person easily). I would suggest everyone to go for double room which is much bigger in size. Will definitely stay next time.

It was my first time in Bangladesh and I don't have any experience with hotels over there. The hotel was comfortable to stay with good internet connectivity. I liked their breakfests. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

This is the number one hotel in Dhaka, and I believe in the whole of Bangladesh. Absolutely no doubt about that. Close your eyes, and just book this hotel. You will not regret it! When you are in the hotel, you will even forget that you are in Dhaka.

Long beach hotel almost after 3 years, rooms and services are as usual. Hotel still have some of the old employees and made my stay feel like home away from home. Got the room for a winter cleansing by the beach. Breakfast buffet with good variety of breakfast dishes, desserts and refreshments. Have kebabs and bbq, and good lunch-dinner menu choices. Nice swimming pool area with separate pool for adults and kids. Gym equipments: treadmills, cycling, cross trainer with a rack of barbells, not an equipped gym. 5 nights @ US$335 was a relaxing rate, complimentary airport drop n pick up. Oh!!! Pls do clarify at the time of check in if there’s any surplus charges for using the sauna/steam facilities. Recommend poolside/beach veiw rooms got better veiw. Very polite and happy faces of the hotel would definitely make your stay much comfortable. Cheers

A good hotel. In Bangladesh hotel cost is rather high, so you cannot compare with China hotel in the same price. But the most thing make me feel good is the servise. A. Rahim, and Badsha, they are two nice guys, they make me feel warm.

reception was helpful and efficient, room was clean and comfortable, restaurant service excellent. This is the best hotel in Dhaka that I have found, and meets all the standards for 5 stars. It is quiet well protected by security walls from the throngs of people outside on the streets, and you can enjoy stepping out into the city streets to experience the life of the city, and retreating back to the hotel for escape. Opposite the hotel is a real espresso coffee shop with pastries, lattes and cappucinos. Nearby is a huge traditional open market with all the sights and smells of life in Bangladesh. Although the hotel is some distance from Old Dhaka and the notable tourist sights, I could easily get there by inexpensive baby rickshaw or arrange a taxi from the hotel.

So, I had received an email from the hotel asking me when I would arrive at the airport so they could pick me up, but I couldn't find the driver and ended up walking over the footbridge to cross the main road and then getting a rickshaw (which the hotel paid for). The owner was extremely helpful with the other things I had to do - provided a car to take me back to the airport the next morning to book my onward flight, found out how to get a sim card (which you have to do in the airport) and then arranged the car again to take me back to the airport for my flight. Definitely worth staying here for the convenience of being near the airport.

This is my second time at Royal Park, and I again thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff are the most attentive and kind out of any place I have ever stayed - so if you prefer not to interact with hotel staff, this is not the place for you. The food is quality, the facilities are good enough for a brief business stay, and the location is very nice. Nazmul is an outstanding team member and Nasrin of the sales team is quite helpful in getting any business needs arranged.
