I nearly didn't opt to book for this hotel after reading some comments about it. Surprisingly, found the hotel very comfortable, excellent breakfast fast internet, and welcoming staff.

It was good. It is just 2 years old, new hotel in Gaborone. Great airport shuttle service. Kind staffs are welcome us with smile always. Restaurants nearby are also good. Best hotel for your budget.

I really enjoyed my stay at Peermont Mondior. I can recommend this hotel for any business-traveler to Gaberone. As opposed to other places in Botswana, this hotel has reliable Wi-Fi, a desk to sit and work and really spacious rooms. The staff are well-trained, polite and very helpful. Peermont Mondior will definitely see me again!

Excellent....we have booked to go back in December on our way through to Vic Falls. Looking forward to seeing all the friendly/helpful staff again!

The best thing is that it is 1 minute from the GICC conference centre, so perfect choice for a conference there. The room is a bit pricy but worth it because of the previous statement. An good alternative is the Peermont Metcourt in the same complex another 5 minutes walk away. The room was very good. I liked the "turn down" service everyday with a bottle of water and chocolate (although I strongly prefer bitter ones). The internet was problematic during the conference because it was full of guests.

Our stay was not pleasant we spend two nights, the toilet flush not working properly, the shower fell into pieces when I open The tap, and had to fix it my self, the carpets are so dirty in the room, and every time we had to request drinking water..

Extremely expensive for a comfortable, not luxurious hotel. Location was excellent but renovations meant that the pool was not a peaceful environment with builders and jackhammers working in close proximity to the pool. There was no reduction in cost to compensate for the fact that a main part of the complex was a building site. There was another pool available in the complex but when we went to explore this we discovered a very nice pool but there were no steps into this pool so getting out involved heaving yourself out . We knew we could not do this so we could not use this pool either.

No soap on the public toilet, small beds, rooms are only checked with the guest, friendly staff

I attended meetings whilst my wife who accompanied me was at leisure. We found that both of us were very well served by this hotel. It started with great assistance and attention at check-in, all the way through to an early-morning check-out. The only suggested improvement is for the hotel to provide a hair dryer in rooms for use by guests.

Hotel is conveniently located in town , with ATM, Fuel Station, Food Corners all within 5 min walk

The room was clean and the service was great. It's walking distance from the city centre. There are plenty of facilities within the hotel. I'm also incredibly grateful to the hotel (and Agoda) for arranging a refund of one night's stay after the cut-off date, when I had an unexpected delay.

- Owner of the hotel proposed us services of taxi driver (he claimed it's really good price).In fact, this taxi driver (Jerry) was extremely expensive (3 times more than same kind of service on the market) - Owner of hotel claims, that room is for 2 person, but only if it's "wife and husband", not for 2 colleages (man). He asked us first to pay additionally, but fortunatelly we refused, as we had our reservation confirmation with us. - next, owner of hotel claims, that even room is for 2 person, we should pay additionally for the breakfest for the second person! (breakfest is included on the webside...)

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It turned out to be much better than I expected. Pros Nice and very clean rooms. The hotel is fairly new (I was told it opened in 2011) and it still looks great Free wifi all over was great The food was nice. The staff was quite friendly and they did try to help in any way they could Cons Far away from town. If you want different food, you have to drive about 5 km to town Not too many activities around. There may be some nature excursions but didnt investigate that They are still doing some works so maybe there will be something else in the future.

Excellent The only minor problem we had was that I had to clean out leaves floating on the swimming pool myself before taking a dip.I guess that was because in September all the local residents thought it too cold to swim.....but for us Europeans it was perfect!

Stay was acceptable but could have been better. The town does not have a lot of hotels, so choice is limited. Pros Location in the town centre is helpful The staff tried to help, within reason. They did get out of their way to find solutions to my problems I was having Room was clean, but the corridors could do with some work/cleaning There was a good gym with modern equipment Cons Wifi was non existent in my room. I was advised to go downstairs outside my room and sit in the corridor to get a connection. Even going and sitting near reception, the wifi kept on disconnecting Some carpets were getting torn, and some of the walls especially at the hotel rooms at the back were dirty

We booked a family room, which is two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The rooms are very basic, no fridge. One shower was unusable,spraying more water up and out than down,the air conditioner leaked continuously onto my bed in the middle of the night and the bathrooms were not very clean at all with small threadbare towels. We went for a swim in the hotel pool, it was so murky that having dropped my sunglasses in by mistake,it took several people diving to find them as you can not see the bottom even when you have dived down and your hand is sweeping the bottom of the pool. The next day we went out, left the air conditioning going ( 40 + degrees outside) the cleaner removed the batteries out of the air conditioner remote and took them.This hotel is a very tired maybe 1970's hotel, nothing as good as the pictures on the I site...do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

Excellent. Friendly staff, good food. All transportation to and from the airport and to the customers office was complimentary.

The place is beautiful, it just seems out of place in the area. The surrounding area, while safe, looks somewhat "rural". There could be better signage leading to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, however I think they could do with more training in service. The meal coupon system sounded rather complicated and we opted to eat at a different, and the breakfast menu was very limited. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy, and all amenities were provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, just a few things that could be improved.

It was a very enjoyable stay and staff are to be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. Also their liquor prices are about the best you can find in Gabs.

The hotel is small, but clean and the check in fast. The rooms are small, but equiped with a fridge, TV and coffee/tea maker. The reception was very helpful and kind. Breakfast (included) was OK even if the service was a bit slow.

I stayed in the self-catering guest house in extension 10. Exactly what I was looking for: central location, clean and comfortable room, secure, wifi, good facilities and friendly guard.

Nothing special in good in bad terms. It was difficult to find a place and the stuff was slow to do their job. With the help of two taxi drivers we reached reception and then logde.

Great stay here and easy access to Chobe national park. Givin,, my guide was fantastic and we saw alot of animals thanks to him. Food is great and rooms are brand new.

The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely sleep in that hotel again when I go to Botswana!

Breakfast needs to be improved, cereals should not be available on request only. Room are clean but staff could be more welcoming, customer-centric as well.

OK, this is a nice place, outside of the main town in a quiet residential area. Good size, clean rooms, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, Shower, communal area for cooking/eating etc. What really makes this place great is Irene! She makes you feel so welcome and part of the family. She texted me directions to her place the day before my arrival, told me the best places to go in town (including where you can use the pool for free!) and was around to just chit chat into the evening :) She arranged for a driver to take me to the crossing to Zim and arranged a driver on the other side too and again on the way back. When I was in the car on my way back from Zim she called the driver to make sure he had found me and was bringing me back :) Highly recommended.
