The fanatic hotel is located east of Salalah on a beautiful beach. It hase nice spacious rooms excellent swimming pools and beautiful private beach. The staff are extremely helpful especially suliaman, they go extra mile to make life easier for the guests. Restaurant is very limited in food choice and expensive. Management need to consider providing business center facilities as this is important for these type of hotels. In the lobby they serve Omani coffee and dates Both do not represent Oman. The coffee is bad and the dates are even worse and not good for human consumption. Yes I will go and stay again at fan at hotel and recommend it for other travelers to Salalah. The management however , should do better and need to be creative.

We only had 4 nights here on a family holiday (three rooms) but would have enjoyed longer. Excellent location - out of Salalah but within easy reach if you have a hire car - the Al Baleed museum is a must, and the night market nearby there is pleasant and also provides an excellent chance for a very different sort of evening meal. The beach is very pleasant in the typical Oman way - no shade so best enjoyed very early morning or at sunset. Every morning a small group of dolphins swam past. The staff in the restaurant gave very good service as well.

I stayed at 2 rooms, family interconnecting) in AL WAHA. The rooms are clean and tidy. Enough water bottles are provided. Wifi is OK (not high speed). I am sure this hotel is one of the best in Oman, and you will be satisfied. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are some negative points I would like to mention (but still acceptable). 1. Play Station 4 was provided in the room, but staff does not know how to activate it. 2. Water pressure of shower is a little weak. 3. If you book any tours, I recommend you book with travel agency via website in advance, coz booking at the hotel is more expensive. The location of the hotel is approx. 40 mins from airport (OMR 20), it is not so far and you can enjoy the view of Oman city. Overall, This hotel is fantastic and I hope to stay again.

Exceptional! best hospitality i have ever experienced and great facilities. Pool is temperature controled and beach is clean. Great location in salalah near to many tourist attractions. It should be rated more than five stars compared to other 5 star hotels in salalah.

This hotel is located in convenient area. It has good access to a new shopping mall, Muscat Grand Shopping Mall, bus stop, restaurant, bakery and cafe. Sightseeeing area is a little far from this hotel. But, hotel staff are very helpful. They shared local information with me, confronted a bad taxi driver instead of me and always worried about me. I really appriciate. Oman has many beautifule place, but I will look back what you did for me when I remember this trip. My Oman trip was made by you. Thank you very much.

Lovely location on a mountain top. Fabulous facilities however not the ideal couples/honeymooner location since it‘s highly promoted to families. If you pick a time outside of school holidays you should be fine ;) Staff is absolutely amazing. Best breakfast buffet in Oman. A Spa treatment highly recommendable.

We knew nothing about Muscat and it's geography. We happened into the hotel because of the value and the ratings. The location is excellent, not far from the airport and attached to the Grand Mall and a walk to the Oman Avenues Mall. The mall allowed us options for eating. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Julius, at the front desk, was always there to welcome us throughout our stay and to answer questions and assist when needed. Justin, the head concierge, was very helpful and informative. We knew we were in good hands when those to were called upon.

We had a great time at Juweira Hotel, very neat and great facilities. I would like to specially acknowledge the hospitality of Mr. Muslimin, very helpful and understanding to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Few areas of improvement which need to get addressed --- Wi-fi should be provided in all rooms, irrespective of the type of rooms, having wi-fi only in the public areas isn't convenient. Secondly, the Spa facilities and treatments provided need to be improved, which we felt wasn't value for money.

We stayed for the weekend. The signs passed the border of UAE/Oman about the Resort was not sufficient, I think they should add more signs so guests won't get lost. We didn't fortunately, however, once we reached the unpaved road, we started thinking, maybe we are lost, until we saw the Arrival Lounge. From there we were taken care of, private 4WD to the reception of the resort, stress-free & fast check-in then escorted to our beachfront villa. The villa was okay, I just wished they provided dividers between the bathroom & the bedroom. The private pool was a bliss & the beach was just surreal. What I love about the Beachfront villa that we had was it has a gate that you can close if you want a complete privacy while being in the pool. The 'Sense on the Edge' restaurant is a must! The view is magnificent! worth every cent, quite expensive for a fine-dining experience considering I've been to many and haven't paid as much as I've paid in this resort, even when I was in the Maldives. The food was not so amazing, the presentation was great. The whole experience we had was just an unforgettable one, I will come back in this resort. I loved every second I was here. Very accessible to restaurant, convenience store and malls such as Oman avenues and Muscat Grand Mall. The rooms are huge which are worth the money you paid for.

Salalah in Oman has many beautiful spots. People are very polite and kind. Try the local food. Choose the correct time to visit as weather changes from season to season. In August it was not hot though humid. The negative part was that the sea was very rough so couldn't swim.

The closest spot to the most scenic mountain-area in Oman. Good resort, very friendly staff, clean rooms, meals tasty.

This is a very old hotel located almost next to the city centre. Due to renovation works the signboard of the Hotel was not visible nor displayed as we drove in . The Building had a certain box like look, like a residential apartment. The general layout of the lobby is very good and it was really spacious. We were given a very big and spacious L shaped Deluxe room( of dimension7m by 4m + 5m by 4m- a really big room with more than adequate furniture- tables, chairs, sofa sets ,etc) and it was excellent by any standard. The washroom, shower were all of a very high standard and was roomy. The hotel had just reopened after renovation and hence the hotel was more or less empty. The corridor in front of the rooms were also very roomy and spacious . Maybe they would have to spruce up the corridors to give it a better look/ ambience. The breakfast hall was not of an acceptable standard. Sofa sets and coffee table were of the same height. This anomaly made the breakfast not a very happy experience. The breakfast was also not of an acceptable quality and standard for an aspiring four star hotel. There were only a few dishes and majority of the dishes were south Indian dishes .The management could certainly think of providing more western food for breakfast and also providing proper dining tables & chairs. The staff were all very helpful and willing to help to the maximum possible extent. Maybe because they only had a few guests the personnel in the reception was getting up with a warm smile as soon as they saw the guests walking in. The staff in the reception always welcomed us with a cheerful /warm smile and friendly attitude . It certainly made us feel welcome and feel at home. Overall we would rate our experience in the hotel as very good . If you want a room with a bit of a view take the room facing the clock tower. To put it frankly there is nothing much to see from the rooms

The hotel just recently opened, the location is by the sea and just in front of the Marina. It can be easily reached from the airport. The whole interior design of the lobby, restaurant and the rooms is just beautiful and with lots of lover for the details. I got very excited about the Rituals beauty products on the room. Also the mini bar is completely free of charge, which is a nice add on. The staff is very friendly and helpful offering an excellent service. The breakfast is very nice and relaxed with good quality food! An additional plus is the service they offer you in the lobby for sightseeing trips, rental car etc. Basically you get assistance with the complete planning of your remaining trip in Oman, which has been super helpful for me! I will definitely have this under my top hotels in Oman!

It's was good experience at staying Star emirates Inn. Clean,nice,idealy near located to main areas. Nice property, at nice location and good price.

NICE PLACE TO STAY FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. I LIKE THE APARTMENT I BOOKED IT WAS 3 BEDROOM. THE LOCATION REALLY GREAT AND A SHOPPING MALL UNDER THE APARTMENTS AND THERE IS A MALL TOO CROSS THE ROAD. LAST VISIT TO MUSCAT WAS MORE THAN TEN YEARS, ITS REALLY BIG DIFFERENT FROM THE LAST VISIT THE NEW ROADS HOTELS SHOPPING MALLS. I SPENT LOVELY TIME IN MUSCAT WITH MY FAMILY. i reside in Salalah and booked an executive room at salalah garden mall hotel on the Agoda .com for my sons birthday for a fun stay. the booking itself was a pleasurable experience i felt i got the best rate, we arrived at the hotel on a wednesday evening the staff right from the concierge ,the reception whomever we met were so welcoming and well mannered the check in was superfast and hassle free i requested for a late checkout at the time of check in and the guy at the reception a egyptian i forget his name ,politely obliged i checked into a room on the 1st floor but found that it dint have a balcony i called the front office and the front office manager Mr Abid called me back and politely promised to change my room and very soon we were shifted to a room with a balcony and an awesome garden view. our stay was very comfortable my sons friends joined us to cut a cake in the room and the hotel authorities didnt object. the restaurant staff was exceptionally good, breakfast average.

So... I booked this hotel because it was cheap and my fligjt was arriving very late at night. So I just wanted a cheap place to sleep so i can check into the 5 star the next day and use the full hotel. I was expecting a pretty basic room etc. Room was big. Staff was very helpful. Comfy bed. No noise. Good wifi. I was pleasantly surprised. I could see the sultan quboos mosque from my room. Lots of restaurants near by. And seemed like a lot of labour workers lived in the area. Which is fine. I would not stay here to relax but would stay here again if I had business in the area. It's not far at all from the main city centre.

Great hotel in a good location. If your driving while in Muscat they do have a parking garage below the hotel which is secure and free to use. The location is right on the edge of many of many shopping districts and not far from Oman Avenues and Muscat Grand Malls. The staff is very helpful and they do have a restaurant and the atrium area serves a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also made use of their business center to print off documents that i needed. I do like they fact they had a pool and sauna, but would suggest the hotel update some of there exercise machines. One treadmill was not working, and the other had treads which kept slipping. All in all this is a good place to stay.

We were upgraded to a "chalet" since occupancy was low when we were there. We did make it up the mountain in our 2WD car without problem. Our son liked the play area and we enjoyed the walking. Seems all hotels in Oman are priced quite high. If you have lunch there, prepare to see it again for dinner! Good quality food though.

Fantastic property in Salalah that is brand new (less than a year). Polite and helpful staff, plenty of options for breakfast, comfortable and clean beds, good fitness facilities....and even a POOL! I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is just good enough with good location. Old hotel but maintained. I stayed only one night. The standard room is very spacious with separate sitting area. The lights were deem in the sleeping area and no good view from room. The breakfast was nice with selection and lot of verities. They provided us complimentary pick up airport transfer. Excellent hospitality from an Omani female receptionist.

I stayed at Midan Hotel Suites for two nights and it was a decent accommodation. Overpriced like most hotels in Oman but clean and in a good location in terms of nearness to both airport and the main attractions in Muscat. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed, kitchen and free wifi. Hotel staff at the reception were very helpful. However, breakfast was ridiculously bad. I don't think I have ever seen such a poor breakfast but I must also admit that I have never had breakfast in any hotel in Oman. When hotel standards are bad, like Oman in general, you can't expect a good breakfast. Just get some shawarma from a coffee shop if breakfast is not included, they are tasty and inexpensive.

i enjoyed my stay in star emirates suites. it was hard to find in the beginning (it was wrongly pinned on google maps), but the rest of the experience was good. the place is clean new and clean and it was great value for money. wifi speed was acceptable. very little facilities are available though (i.e. no designated parking, no gym, no coffee house).

Excellent Hotel Apartments with good facilities and helping staff. Overall our experience is very good. Especially Ali bhai was very helpful through out. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit this hotel when ever i visit salalah again , Thank you Star Emirates

stayed 4 nights cover almost most of the places of salalah including festival of oman isultan Qaboos mosque , Hafa souq in side city salalah ... the places other than these which u can find in city is Nabi sualeh she camel foot print which was preserved behind masjid Salman farsi near fish market and Nabi Imran [ AS} grave close to the hotel .

I was in Oman for a friend’s wedding and stayed at Centara for 4 nights. The room was absolutely wonderful, modern, very clean and very comfortable. Definitely valued for the rate I paid. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly as well. It’s located quite near to the Grand Mosque (should only cost you 2 Oman Riyals from the Hotel to the mosque). However, try not to let the hotel book a taxi for you, it will be double the rate. If you’re looking for a good place to stay, I would definitely recommend Centara. Word of advise, rent a car and all would be good.

The staff at the Golden Tulip work really hard to make your stay there a great experience. For Oman, where most hotels open to foreigners are very expensive, the Golden Tulip offers great value. It has a lovely pool, which when the summer is on, is the best place to cool down. There is also a variety of bars, where you can have soft or alcoholic drinks - again not always available in Oman. The food, especially the curries, is great - in the evening the tandoor is working and the best curries are on offer. Definitely a great place to stay to visit Nizwa, Jebel Akhdar or Jebel Shams
