Choose type of room”
We had room for 4. Comfortable, clean, pool view, padi view. With a small fridge. No toiletries. We brought our own so its ok. Simple breakfast with bowl of cut fruits for each of us that serve to our room. Overall, acceptable. Room for 3 does not have fridge. Additional bed is a mattress on the floor. We are disappointed with this room

Stay at ubud”
Couple room or room to 4 are good are more comfortable. Small pool with warm water. Nice to dip in after full day walk. A 5min distance to walk through padi field. Lane too small for car access. Quite and nice view. Good experience for out of city into padi field. A little dark to walk at night. Easy accessible to shops, eating place, etc. Very friendly manager and stuff.

Try Elsewhere”
Only 2 of the 6 rooms are any good (views, comfort, facilities, etc) What you see in the photos, are the 2 family rooms. You can find much better value than this for the price, location and comfort a little further along the road.

Good for a cheaper place. Nice pool view.”
Pool view, friendly staff, quiet.
Breakfast was very simple. Location is good as it's quiet but it is a little bit of a challenge to find unless you have GPS. Simple and OK for the price.

nice rice view, cheap and location
It's a quiet place inside the rice field. And walking distance to Ubud palace. (About 10 to 15 mins) The room is basic, but good enough for budget traveler.

Friendly little guesthouse”
Lovely staff, quiet surroundings, close to great restaurants
There is a 200m walk to get to this hotel (no road) but it is such a delightful walk that it's not a problem: rice fields, lots of animals (ducks, frogs, exotic birds), fresh air... Yet the city centre is only a few minutes' walk away. There are great restaurants 5 minutes away (try Café des artistes, Casa Luna and the pizzeria). Staff are delightful (will try to sell you tickets to temple dance shows every night, but it's actually worth going once as it's amazing and cheap!) Lots of free tea served twice a day. Breakfast was good. Slow but free internet.

relaxing, serene and comfortable”
the swimming pool, location and bed
We had a great time staying at Dewa house Bisma. The room was basic but all we needed. The location was perfect, lovely to be surrounded by the rice fields. A bit of the beaten path so away from all the tourist hustle and bustle. The staff were a bit elusive when we (and 3 other parties who arrived during our time there) wanted to check in so be sure to write down a phone number that you can call if they are not there when you arrive. Would highly recommend it!

Awesome location for unbelievable price”
Value, location, cleanliness
The hotel is situated away from the road, about a five minute walk from Jalan Bisma along a path through rice fields and alongside a babbling stream. It is a tranquil and beautiful location on the edge of Ubud, within five-fifteen minutes' walk of plenty of shops and restaurants. The monkey forest is walkable, but takes about 40 minutes. Fortunately there are no end of taxis and drivers looking for business! The hotel is lovely - clean, quiet, a gorgeous pool overlooking the rice fields and woodland. The room was big and well air conditioned - welcome after a hot walk round the bustling town of ubud. The price is simply ridiculous for the quality of the hotel, which purports only to be 1 star. The wifi was a bit shaky - but we were out in the sticks so not complaining! Overall a lovely two night stay - had everything we wanted and for a fantastic price

Very good stay, quiet and friendly”
The hotel is well located, quiet in the middle of rice fields but still close to Ubud city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean big room. Loved it!
We arrived late at night under pouring rain and had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel. Once we did, they offered to get us simple food even though the kitchen was long closed. Every step of the way, the staff was very helpful, friendly and reliable. We had the best view over the rice fields and enjoyed it very much. The pool is nice, even if more deckchairs around it would be good. Good area for chatting with other guests, we made 2 good friends. It was a very good experience from every point of view and we do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Ruhige Lage, toller Blick ins Grüne, Sauberkeit.
