"Was in Columbus for a 3D meeting, and stayed over at the hotel. We liked the friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home after a long delayed flight out of La Guardia... reached the hotel after 9 pm, and was surprised to see that dinner was still being served up to 10 pm. That was a good thing considering it's a small coffee house with 'limited staff'! Still everyone was very accomodating and made us feel right at home with a warm meal and clean room. Other than that, the hotel is in the civic district of Columbus, so don't expect any late night malls or pub crawls - even though there's a nice diner round the corner with karaoke Monday nights!"

"More pros than cons. Great value. The room was huge, clean, and updated. The beds were full size but the rooms were definitely big enough for them to be queen. One major con (and probably the only that I can find) is that the parking lot for the hotel is not the one the building sits on. It's actually across the busy street. And you have to pay $10/night for it. This note was finer print on the bottom of their site so I didn't see it when I booked and was surprised when checking in. Despite that inconvenience, it's a luxury version of a budget hotel. A very short drive to many sights in Columbus including the convention center, short north, OSU, and schottenstein center to name a few. If I needed to come back to Columbus, I would probably book again. "

"Nice new hotel in a great location in downtown Columbus. My first room was way too cold and the wi-fi was poor. They swapped me to a new room but it was a twin rather than a double with a big bed. . Looks like the air con was not working properly in the first room. Wi-fi seems a little patchy around the hotel and some rooms better than others. Beware of this if travelling for business. Room decor is fun. TV system they use is a bit clunky to use. Valet parking service is very good.. Some great restaurants, bars and the legendary Jeni's ice cream shop within easy walking distance of the hotel."

"From the very welcoming staff to the excellent food, I recommend this hotel for families as well as individual travelers! We were so pleasantly surprised to stay here! We chose the hotel because of its connection to the convention center, but will always chose this hotel when staying in Columbus! The breakfast is great and the evening food and drinks is very substantial! "
