It is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the Place d'Armes bus stop, where buses arrive and depart from Nice Airport. The entrance to the narrow street can be hard to find, but there is a nice sign that looks like a traffic sign. Once you notice that, there is no problem. It is simple but clean, and the staff were very kind.
