"I felt it was a shame to only stay one night; it was very comfortable. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, and kind. I stayed in a female-only dorm on the 3rd floor, but the floor creaked in places, which was bothersome at night. After curfew at 11 PM, there were people organizing their luggage and frequently coming in and out, which disturbed my sleep, but the situation can vary depending on the manners of the guests at that time. The bedding, including the mattress and pillow, was very comfortable. The bakery nearby was delicious, and the craft beer shop in the Suito-suji shopping district was also good. Since it's Nada, I also visited a sake brewery, which was a 25-minute walk away. There was a sake that could only be tasted at the brewery, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come to Kobe. Thank you very much."

"Thank you for accommodating me in a women's dormitory even though it was a mixed dorm. It was clean, had all the shower essentials, and the bedding smelled nice. The common area on the first floor is a cafe, which has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I was able to talk with various people, and in the evening we could enjoy beers together in the common space. The owner is very knowledgeable about coffee, so the coffee is really delicious! If I ever come back to Japan, I would like to stay here again."

"The place is clean, has good access from Sannomiya, is affordable, and above all, the owner is friendly and great. I apologize for not being able to say goodbye at checkout this time since I overslept. Good luck with basketball, I'm cheering for you!"

"The bathroom, bed, and all facilities were clean. It felt similar to a typical guest house. There is a drugstore and supermarket nearby. I was satisfied with the staff's response. The designated smoking area is just outside the entrance, and it was very helpful since there are no smoking areas nearby."

"The love hotel has been renovated to be clean, with a spacious bath that includes a jet bath, a huge bed, a large TV with good sound, and a free multi-story parking lot. It was comfortable for staying alone. It is noisy next to the expressway and near a love hotel district, but if that doesn't bother you, I recommend it."

"I used it for my stay after a concert held in Sannomiya until the next day. It was cheaper than hotels around Sannomiya, and it took less than 30 minutes to walk or take the train to Sannomiya. However, since it's an adult-only hotel, you have to be mindful when entering and leaving, and the parking lot is narrow, so I recommend using the second parking lot if you're not confident in driving. Being an adult-only place, it's located along a busy national road, but the soundproofing was solid. The cleaning cannot be said to be very thorough, but I think it's fine if you're just sleeping until morning."

"I made a reservation for urgent business use and stayed multiple nights at the location. It was comfortable! And it was amazing! It was so great that I felt silly staying in a business hotel. The amenities were good too! At least it wasn't some nonsensical shampoo and conditioner in one, and even the permanent fixtures were sufficient. The staff's response was wonderful both over the phone and on-site. They were very courteous. The room was so clean that I wondered if someone had thoroughly cleaned it. I will definitely use this hotel again the next time I have work nearby. I'm glad I chose this hotel for this business trip."

"I used this hotel for a two-night stay with my partner. The staff here were extremely kind. Although there was a typhoon that made it uncertain whether we could make it to the location, the staff was very considerate and helped us a lot, and I couldn't thank them enough. When we finally arrived at the hotel safely, they took great care of us, and it was the best service I have experienced at a hotel so far. Thank you very much. Furthermore, the room was spacious and the overall cleanliness was great, with a good internet connection, so I had no issues at all. The breakfast and other meals were also very delicious, and I would like to use this hotel again. Thank you very much to the male staff who assisted me over the phone at that time, and to the female staff who showed concern when we arrived at the location. I truly had a wonderful two-night stay."

"The room was clean and had no problems with the minimum amenities. We stayed as three adults, and the beds were not too narrow, so we were comfortable. I was really happy to have a washing machine, and although there wasn't a dryer (there is a coin laundry in front of Nada station), we could hang our laundry on the balcony. There were a few restaurants in the area, and there was also a retro public bath, which was enjoyable. Above all, I communicated with the staff via email before my stay, so there were no concerns from the beginning. I appreciate their kind response and would like to use this place again!"
