Economic business stay”

I regular this service apartment during my business trips. Decent stay and basic facilities. Very economical for a person who is outside most of the day on work and just needs a decent place to sleep. The breakfast is decent with not many choices, but the quality of food is good and tasty. No extra facilities available like swimming pool, or a spa. Would have been a perfect place with the additions.!!.

Exceptional”

Excellent location means everything is convenient. Room is clean and comfortable, nice staff. Maybe for safety issues, the kitchenwares are for rental, however there are tons of restaurants and cafés around here. Will definitely stay here again if I have chances.

No consistency and inconsiderate”

The first time (in March) I check into this hotel at 7am and was happy that they allow it. This time (in June) I travel to Foshan and wanted to check into this hotel at 8.40am but the front desk refused my check and asked me to wait until 12noon. I ask her to take my luggage first as I have 2 appointments and she refused to assist to take my luggage. I was force to carry those luggage with me to both the appointment and at the end I decide to stay in another hotel back to Guangzhou. Will never stay in such inconsistent and inconsiderate hotel/apartment anymore in future

*** Dear Agoda Staff, I have a pleasant stay from 20 Dec to 22 Dec with my family. On 22 Dec as we were rushing to take our coach to Hong Kong early morning , I left my beige long pant in the room without noticing . I would most appreciate if you could assist me to contact the staff there and ask the cleaner on duty that day whether noticed my pant as it was a present from my beloved late mother , has sentimental value. I only realised it when I returned to Singapore . Thank you very much.

Good location”

The lobby is located in the 4th floor. The door to the building is located right beside Yifang Fruit Tea shop. Take exit B from Zhumiao Mrt Station (guangfo line), the entry will be on your left side. There is self-serve welcome drink in the lobby. Room is quite spacious and clean, though i think i saw a dried bugs sticked in the wall and it has a little bit weary feeling. Air con is right above the bed and the wing couldnt be adjusted so that the air wouldnt blow right into us. The Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Tiandi is within walking distance. Nova Mall is right across the street, with many international shops like sephora, gap, h&m, uniqlo, adidas, etc. Many international as well as local restaurants nearby

Terrible attitude staff and lousy WiFi ”

Not helpful front desk staff, bad attitude, we book 9 room in total and all the room WiFi is not stable and totally not working! We feedback to the front desk, but the manager told us is not their hotel problem, they blame the WiFi company And we don't have China number so we ask the front desk help for book taxi for us, the staff at first said no taxi will come if only short distance, she ask us go down and grab ourself, that time was raining and we did tried to go down and grab but no taxi at all So we go back and look for her help, she only help us call taxi, and the taxi center response immediately (at first she refuse to help)

Lack of Hotel Sign”

the only problem is there is no sign name of the hotel that can be easily look at when we get out of metro, we have a bit problem finding it, after go up n down metro station n ask for few people only can find the entrance to the hotel, the receptionist is at 4th floor of the B building

Always Value for Money”

Centrally located in between shopping mall and on top of subway station . Great value for money as always . Regular guest here and overall satisfied except for a few times where we observed a foul smell in the bathroom and had to change rooms .

I just stayed 1 night. The room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette but the bed was a queen bed. Easy access. Located just right the zhumiao metro exit C. There were many restaurant and malls around it. The famous ancestral temple was walking distance. Will come back soon

Always Valur for Money ”

Regular Guest at this Apartment . So spacious and bang in the center . Two issues to address the stench in the bathroom at times emanating out of the drains and occassionally internet connection issues. But for that it has always been an excellent value for money

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Location was good, room was good, they have all the facilities required. I was a little confused when I arrived as there was no front desk on the ground floor and that is was located on the upper floors. Staff were pleasant enough, plenty of choice for eating out too.

Priced right ”

Quite comfortable the second day though the first day we had room 902 in which the Toilet stinks and foul smell emnating from the toilet. Got our room changed next day and was good . Breakfast was not great but okay for the price paid . Overall it was not a bad place to stay . Will stay there next time .

the room is clean and comfy, the hotel is located in zumiao with many restaurant around. theres an aeon supermarket under the hotel. the price is good too. but if you plan to swim, you should book the Uapartment

it was new and comfortable but I don't know after 1 year if they can still maintain it, the bathtub/shower does not have curtain so imagine what happens after shower, great location in general, great value for money.

Pleasantly surprised”

I was pleasantly surprised with the location, the cleanliness of the room as well as the size. The staff were friendly some had trouble speaking in English. Overall, it was a great money for value experience. I would return again. They even had CNN on flat screen TV...

Good location, near to the metro and shopping pt”

When we check in, we found the balcony door could not be closed, and the toilet issue was wet. We went down to the reception and report, it is great that the staff came and fixed the problem very soon. Good location, it is very easy to access to the major attractions in Foshan.

Good Except foul smelling emitted from toilet especially at night. Smoke odour left (pillows, beds n blanket) behind from previous occupants (Despite requested for NON SMOKING room). From Guangzhou take the MRT (10Yuan) change 3 times (abt 1.25 hours journey). Local bus around Foshan fare is fixed 2 Yuan. May join local tours to other counties in China. Travel agencies are available on the ground floor. Zumiao, pottery kiln, wet markets (snakes, croc etc) Gardens and zoo/circus at (Chimelong Safari, Panyu Guangzhou) . Take combo ticket for the circus. Big safari (3-4hours) and the circus (Chimelong International Circus) is in the evening. Foods lovers dont miss out Shunde and Guangzhou Beijing street and alike. Canto tower (by MRT) not as spectacular as Shanghai Beach.
