One of the best places to start is the Old Market Square, where you’ll find various stalls offering handmade crafts, traditional Polish foods, and artisanal products. This vibrant atmosphere is perfect for leisurely browsing and discovering local treasures. Don’t forget to try some regional specialties, such as pierogi (dumplings) or oscypek (smoked cheese).

Another great spot is the Poznań Market Hall, which features a variety of vendors selling fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and baked goods. This indoor market is a feast for the senses and allows you to interact with local vendors who are passionate about their products. Sampling local delicacies while shopping for ingredients to take home can enhance your culinary experience.

For those interested in arts and crafts, the Art Gallery Szklarnia and Art Gallery Arsenal showcase the work of local artisans and artists. These galleries often host markets and exhibitions, providing opportunities to purchase one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect the creativity of Poznan. Supporting local artists not only gives you a unique souvenir but also contributes to the community. Exploring these markets is a wonderful way to connect with the local culture and bring a piece of Poznan home with you.
