Second time we stayed here & was Awesome again !! Very clean , comfortable , great breakfast , good price . Great employees! Will be back.

Overall this was a pretty nice place. The breakfast was great! Besides the other guests making noise at 3:30-4:30 in the morning it was nice. A USB charger in the lamp would be nice, but that's no biggy. If you want a place pretty nice and not ridiculously priced try it out.

Housekeeping never entered our room. We reported but still no one came. Finally after calling front desk again, we did get towels delivered. Problem with refrigerator kept ya awake all night. We reported and again nothing was done. Finally, after complaining again, maintenance showed up around 9:30 pm our last evening. He just unplugged it. During the night water soaked the floor which we had to deal with. Sorry, sorry service for our stay!!

We were very pleased with the value we received. The hotel is new, clean and the staff incredibly helpful. I would stay here again if our travels take us this way.

The staff was great. The beds were super comfortable and the full place was clean let’s not forget the shuttle service.

The hotel is called motel 6. They didn’t tell us it was days inn and struggled to get the reservation. We were stolen in our room.

Arrived at room really late after the first night and room ya not touched by housekeeping. Let the front desk know and after the second night there, the only thing that was done to my room was fresh towels...nothing else. Talked to the front desk manager and asked for a refund for one night of the four I was staying and he said he couldn’t do anything since I paid through Agoda. Said I would have to call them and they would have to do it. I tried to call agoda two days I. A row and was on hold for half an hour each time and finally just hung up. Not a very satisfying experience at all.

Clean and nice hotel at the boundary of Texas and Arkansas. Restaurants are available nearby. I love the comfortable bed in their King Room.

There are a cluster of hotels in this area which charge MORE than they are worth and are located at one of the NOISIEST and most congested intersections in Fayetteville. Days Inn is right on I-49 and it's EXTREMELY NOISY even at night. Plus adjacent to Days Inn is a extended stay flop house filled with all kinds of panhandling, drug using, drunken, transient lowlifes! VERY unsavory!

We had a king room, and it was huge! No tripping around the bed like some other places. Bathroom functional but small. Very hard to find smoking rooms, glad we stayed here! Restaurant on site was Awesome!!!!

Rooms were clean but very small. TV's speakers were blown so couldn't turn it up to even hear it. When you use the shower then blow dry your hair the bathroom vent doesn't work well so it sets the smoke detector off. We had to open the room door to get it to stop. Every room was booked in the hotel and staff could not keep up. Never got the extra sheets we asked for and they ran out of clean towels. Pool room was humid and hot and kids said the water smelled weird, we have an inground pool and something just wasn't quite right with their water. Exercise room is a joke so dont go there thinking you will get to exercise. a treadmill and eliptical is it. The only treadmill wasn't usable because the belt was mangled. At breakfast they ran out of waffle mix, only had cranberry juice, ran out of milk for cereal, ran out of bacon, biscuits with no gravy, eggs were watered down and they ran out of plates. If they could have kept up with all their rooms being booked it may of been ok but with the room being that way and not getting a good breakfast it just wasnt worth the stay. We did see a few dead roaches as well.

Great helpful staff, very clean accommodation and linen, great breakfast, all day coffee, internet, warm rooms, towels changed daily, nice quiet area and close to vital shops and other amenities. No issues, no dramas, a great place to stay and worth the little bit extra to have peace of mind.

I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Little Rock and this one would be the only one so far that we will return to. My only complaints would be that our key cards didn’t work. Not to the room, fitness area, or pool. We kept having to go downstairs or ask a maid to open our doors which was annoying. The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub smelled very musty like it has never been cleaned. Overall with those things being the only issues I look forward to coming back.

We stayed for 9 nights. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much to ask! The rooms were clean and tidy. We were glad to have a fridge that was big enough to store lots of cool drinks. It was brilliant!

This is a modest hotel across the highway from downtown. (It's near the Clinton Presidential Library.) The facilities are fresh and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A hotel van will ferry you to and from the downtown area. This hotel is a bargain.

This hotel was located perfectly for our planned activities. It was easy to find and close to restaurants and activities without being in the middle of potential traffic issues.

Th only thing we had a problem was there were no towels in our room so be sure to ask for towels before you go to your room! Other than that it was great easy to find and convenient to restaurants and shopping

Nice hotel in Bentonville and located next to eating joints. Good for business trips/tourism. Breakfast is also nice.

I felt it was overpriced for the quality of room. Breakfast was okay and the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and the stay was quiet. The room was stuffy and smelled of dampness and smoke although it was supposed to be completely non-smoking. The cable TV didn't work at all, nor did the coffee maker. We called the front office concerning the cable, and they said that they would have to send out the cable company.

I had a couple of beers stolen from the room. Whilst this isn’t a huge theft it made me extremely paranoid for the remainder of my stay, particularly as there is no safety deposit box. I found myself having to take items away from the room with me that I would normally safely lock away. I cancelled maid service meaning I didn’t get the service I should receive when staying in a hotel. Staff at reception admitted they’d had a problem with alcohol being stolen from rooms but I shouldn’t worry as they wouldn’t touch my personal items!!! This was a real shame as my first impression of the hotel and staff was excellent and I’d been impressed. The pool is small but pleasant, however, there are no changing/showering facilities therefore you have to walk back through the hotel to your room in your swimwear.

Refrigerator didn't work, took three times to bring one that did and the toilet flange broke and flooded the bathroom

I booked two rooms both with two queen beds. One for my daughter, fiancé, and their infant and one for me and my ten year old twins. The front desk clerk was slow to check me in and charged me $100 although the rooms were prepaid. We finally got to our rooms and I went to take the twin boys swimming. The clerk made it a point to come find me and let me know there’s be an extra charge for bring children. WHAT? He actually stood in the hallway arguing with me about having children in the room despite me explain several times there were two rooms. One room had one child and two adults and one room had one adult and two children and both rooms would accommodate those sizes. I requested to speak with the manager who was not there. I firmly stated I do not authorize any additional charges to my card. He did not give me an amount or any other info just that I was exceeding occupancy based on bringing children with me.

Great location and the best staff ever; however there was very limited cleaning done to the room on a regular basis. My husband and I stayed 6 days/5 days and the room was only provided with one day of cleaning. Otherwise, good hotel. Great staff. Tasty hot breakfast.

The night check in guy was nice. Rest of the staff not so much. Pool was out which was not mentioned when we booked. The room was dark because half the lights didn’t work. Vending machine didn’t work. The floor was so sticky I had to keep my shoes on. I won’t be making that my Fayetteville place of choice.

Nice remodeled hotel Not what we were expecting from pictures online. Inside was nicely updated. Outside looked old. I'm used to other properties i have stayed at before that were nicer than this. Had a musty smell inside my room
