We enjoyed our stay here. I was sick when arriving and the staff were very kind. The hotel is clean and comfortable with nice hot showers. The staff were so friendly and Ambala itself is a very friendly place with amazing food! Definitely, recommend this hotel!

Nothing was good except location. Huge noise day and night. Around 10pm when, We were sleeping, I woke up suddenly die to a huge noise of music. DJ was started and dance was going on just next to my room (there is a a party hall). I had to call reception 4 times and it took half an hour to get that stopped. But my sleep was ruined. The music was even not stopped by them fully. Day before this, I slept in day time around 2pm, suddenly woke up due to huge noise of construction. I do not know why they accept booking when construction is going on. I could not connect agoda to complaint that time but I just wasted my money. If I would have connected agaoda I would have asked for refund and would prefer immediate check out. If you want to sleep please DO NOT BOOK this hotel. There are Two party halls and one open marrige apne inside and adjacent to rooms. 24×7 NOISE arrangement. Food is good but very costly.

Sir, Our stay at Hotel Prem Bandhan, Hisar, remains very comfortable, behaviour of staff was polite and cooperative, cleanness of rooms and Hotel premises excellent and food quality also was very good and on reasonable rates. Please arrange to provide, property / distance map from Bus Stand or Railway Station of the respective city, in your Booking Confirmation Letter along with mobile number, if possible.

While booking on online we had view the property is best but the hotel charges is not worthable / reasonable without breakfast. The rooms of this hotel is good but their bathrooms were not good according to us. Poor quality in bathroom

It is Good place to stay, For family with kids - Fantastic, good environment, Nice and helpful staff. Clean & Big rooms.

It was disappointing as there was no mini-fridge, carpet, complimentary fruits/ cokkies. Moreover, as per the package taken, there was no proper buffet in the breakfast. I had also given a request for bathtub during he booking at agoda.com, but it was not given.

The amenities and facilities at hotel are somewhat satisfactory. However, we expect MM international to work and improve on following aspects - 1. Cleanliness - MM should look into cleanliness of blanket cover and bedsheets. These are potential source of mites and infection spread. 2. Toilet bowl was found stained and dirty. It seems that bowl is not being paid attention for long time resulting into stain build up which is distracting actually. 3. Wash basin taps are not cleaned of build up and as such I felt irrittating to touch. Rest of things were satisafctory and given the location and its size, it is okay

Excellent hotel. Loads of Friendliness in the staff. Restaurant food is very good. Rooms are very well maintained. The standard of neatness and cleanliness is very high. Excellent housekeepong. Special mention of Neeta, Gurpreet, Simran. Rather would say whole staff is very polite and friendly in their approach and conduct. Located close to a shopping areas and on the main road artery of Kurukshetra. Best place to stay in Kurukshetra.

Its a new hotel ...clean n fast room service...not a lot of options for great hotels in ambala ..so chose this hotel...OK for a night....small rooms

Karnal is a perfect town to stop over in if driving from Manali to Jaipur, and Gopinath the Grand is undoubtably the BEST hotel in Karnal. We received personal and very caring attention from the bothers Mr Ashok (owner/manager) and Mr Vinod (chef extraordinaire) throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was a class above excellent. The love and meticulous attention to detail with which the bothers keep up their family business was obvious throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy and all facilities were there.

The Lodge is an Oasis amidst the forested area. A great place if you love nature and wish to be away from the concrete jungle. If you love bird watching , this is the place, seeing wild peacocks was a first for me! Well in terms of food, the menu is limited but you can always visit the shops near by to get what you need. Friendly support from all and if you need anything done or cleaned, just let them know as they would not want to infringe on your privacy. This is a lodge in a jungle and as the name suggests, go with a mindset to experience that, not a five star hotel!. The garden is beautiful and if you catch the monsoon wind and rain, a walk up the hill is wonderfully soothing for a tired soul. A short stay of three days should suffice if you need to unwind unless you decide you just want to relax or start write a book! Which I did!! The owners of the place are extremely helpful and kind to see to how they can make you comfortable! After a while, its no longer Siswan Jungle Lodge, but Siswan Jungle Home!

Infested with mosquitoes and ants. No mirror or toilet paper in bath. Room and bath dirty. Bedsheets were smelling.

They charged for breakfast EVERYTHING extra, every slice of toast etc. 3 Continental breakfast 3600 rp. Beds very hard.

We stayed in this hotel for couple of nights since this hotel is in the city center. We had a late check in. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We booked two rooms, one of them smaller compared to the other, even though they both were deluxe rooms. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. They had high speed internet and TV with lot of options for entertainment. The food from the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommened people to stay in this hotel.

I was satisfied with their stuff hospitality. Breakfast is also good. i would like to stay there again some day.

My stay they have made it memorable, i will gonna prefer this hotel only for future as well.

On arrival we were shown to a very good room with apparently good facilities. However there has clearly been severe damp problems an paint was peeling and dropping from the walls when the curtains were touched. On enquiring about WiFi we were advised there was no reception in this room. Without a request being made by us, it was suggested that we moved rooms. The 2nd room was smaller and less well equipped but with the same areas of damp damage. It soon became apparent that there was a large party going on in the function room below us and the noise was do great the floor shook. Staff agreed that this was unacceptable and moved us yet again. Standard again not as good as the 1st room however because of a problem with a broken pipe there was not a drop of water in the bathroom and so after a day's of travelling there was now showering facility!! This was subsequently resolved later on in the evening. Food was satisfactory and staff were friendly and helpful. However having moved rooms 3 times due to the aforementioned problems and the overall look of the place, we were not at all happy or satisfied with our stay an felt that these matters could and should have been addressed when we came to pay our bill. Foreign visitors should not be accommodated where recognised noise levels such as we experienced were likely

We are Japanese busuiness man. In great facility relaxing & comfortable time to refresh in the hotel. Indian cuisine restaurant was fabulous. High Speed Wifi should be inclusive in room charge in these days. Only thing I felt bad was hotel front handed over the wrong key to me namely the other one's to me so that I was in trouble to log in Wifi. The other guy in hotel front charged extra fee I made onto the other one's credit card. Because of this mistake we need to settle each other after check out. He did not recognize and apologize to us that hotel front made a big mistake.
