Pennsylvania hotels & places to stay

This hotel is a wonderful part of history and is extremely well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Something really needs to be done about WiFi though, it’s honestly the worst connection I’ve ever had in a hotel room. I basically could not connect to WiFi at all unless I was standing at the door of my room or in the lobby. I understand it’s an old building, but it definitely is a large inconvenience.

Hotel was in great location, helpful staff and very clean. After being given a room near the elevator they quickly moved me to a nicer, quieter room. The gym facilities were better then most hotels and the restaurant was amazing - It served the best hotel breakfast I've had!

This is a good place to stay. We can just walk to chinatown and everything. Everybody who working there was soooooo nice and give their best to make customers happy. The only thing that matter to us, just the towel. Maybe they could change the towel with a new one. But it’s not a big deal. We love this hotel, and of course we would love to come back if we visit Philadelphia again.

Downtown Pittsburgh is a good $40 Uber drive from the airport. After a whole week at a conference downtown, having explored also a lot of what the city can offer as far as entertainment, sports culture and dining, I was ready to be home. Staying at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International for the last night, just made my experience so much more enjoyable. Stylish and modern accommodations and a fine dining option plus a 2 minute walk to the airport the next morning its truly the way to end a trip!

We enjoy staying at Eden Resort it has many things to do for your family. It's in a wonderful location. Large and clean rooms, the staff is helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars to the staff is because we visit Eden often we have many family and friends that go there as well. We were just there we based our Sunday upon having a brunch at the champagne Sunday brunch which is advertised all throughout the hotel,elevators, room Etc... No where does it state you are required to have reservations. So, we got up and waited until 10:30. We're basically first downstairs and were turned away with a toddler due to not having enough room for two more people and a child when there were tons of tables that were empty. I complained and was told that the brunch was basically full? But how do they know. By reservation? Can't be, because it's not required- if someone doesn't show up, I'm a guest staying at that hotel for days with a child and you cannot accommodate us- only complaint.

It was really good experience at double tree in pittsburgh. We really appreciate for staff in the front that he upgraded the room from normal queen size room to sweet room, room was terrific, clean, comfy. We were really happy to start off our trip in pittsburgh with double tree.

My wife and I were looking for a place to relax for the weekend. We chose this hotel for their indoor salt water pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we were unable to use it. Their were large crowds of children running up and down the hotel floors, slamming doors, climbing the walls, cannon balling in the pool till past midnight. We were exhausted and couldn't find any peace. The heater in our room was not working we froze and woke up at 5am to find it 57 degrees in our room. Our bodies were tense when we came and even worse when we checked out. The back door to the hotel lock was broken and anyone can enter the hotel without a room card which is a security concern. We would never stay here again, lesson learned at our expense. Look elsewhere...

This is 2 star hotel type. Rooms are pretty basic, the only thing I liked was the bed. A/C unit very noisy when running. Only one restaurant, breakfast very basic and boring, they have not improved the menu since 5 years ago.Smelly corridors and noisy vending machine. Stay there if there is no other option

Breakfast was very good. Check in clerk seemed rushed, not friendly, but not rude. Morning clerk was very helpful!! Toilet was noisy, as was the air conditioner; pillows were too fluffy; hot water had good flow and there was plenty of it; HOWEVER, when I checked in, there was a long hair that was on the wall in the shower indicating that the shower had not been adequately cleaned from the previous occupant. Everything else was clean; outdoor pool space was nice.

The hotel is near King of Prussia mall.i stayed in a standard double bed room .the room was clean,staff were warm and friendly and breakfast was good.the rooms are huge.this is like a five Star hotel which has a three star rating

The staff are very professional and helpful- the free breakfast and shuttle service is great. The location near main thoroughfares to downtown Pittsburgh is terrific. I was in a quiet room - although early in the morning I could hear trucks on the Parkway above the hotel. That’s my only negative complaint. I would recommend this hotel to friends or family.

We stopped over in Lancaster for one night as we traveled across Pennsylvania. The Cork Factory Hotel was beautiful and staff were kind and helpful. While I wanted to love the hotel, the lack of sound proofing in the walls between hotel rooms really detracted from the experience. We could audibly hear conversations of the visitors in the next room when we were trying to sleep.

The breakfast was good. Would have liked to see some bacon. Everything else was good for a hotel for a couple of days. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. I didn't have to call the front desk for anything which was great. I usually stay at resorts but I

Days Inn is located in downtown State College. Location is convenient and close enough to walk to the PSU campus, restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are very clean and even some of their rooms are very spacious. I personally had stayed in this hotel off and on throughout the holidays never had any issues. The only thing that this hotel does not include is the breakfast or a microwave in their rooms unless you request it and they will charge you $10 the night but overall for the price it’s a great option.

The room was missing the bare essentials. No toothbrush/toothpaste, I had to request. I had been to better doubletree hilton in Asia. Really comfortable bed tho.

Leaving on an early morning flight from Erie Airport in mid-winter....with snow...can't be beat. Just to be safe, this is a great way to be near the airport (5 minutes away) for a morning flight. We've seen the other hotels in the area and recommend this one. It really should be a three star hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Skip the bottled water. I never had bottled water before that tasted like it came from the ocean. Yuck. Other than the water it was wonderful!

If you're looking for atmosphere, amenities, and things to do, Bedford Springs Resort delivers. It's the perfect getaway spot tucked in the mountains of Western Pennsylvania.

Fresh, clean place with friendly staff. Room was very spacious. I was only in town for one night and the Hyatt made for a relaxing night.

- Once arrived at the reception the first thing we heard was to place our credit card in the machine. When questioned why Male receptionist just repeated himself about placing the card in. Not the best welcome to provide to customers. Unsure whether this happened to everyone but I am sharing our experience. - Very nice and clean rooms. - close to all main attractions - Breakfast was outsourced to TGI Fridays and its quality to our surprise was very poor. Staff didn't seem like they can be bothered to replenish food nor make sure there are enough cutlery for everyone. For best experience just go and have breakfast elsewhere - also please make sure that you check your bank account regularly as we were charged over $20 for a film rental which we didn't order in the first place. You would imagine this mistake would be easily rectified however it took 2 staff and 3 different phone calls to have this resolved.

Wonderful stay at the Doubletree Downtown Philadelphia. It is right along the road to city hall. We also walked to the independence hall/liberty hall for around 20 minutes from the hotel. Room was spacious for a family of 4 with a very lovely view. Front desk would ask for your contact number and you can just message them whatever you need for your room. The best of all was the fantastic breakfast. It has an egg station wherein the chef cooks the eggs in any way you want with whatever ingredient you choose. And there was so much bacon, bread, muffins and cereal. Amenities were good, soaps and lotions were by Crabtree and Evelyn. Beds were soft and clean. Staff were always willing to help. Overall, we had a great stay.

Convenient location to downtown. Little disappointed in no breakfast. Thought with reading bfast was included.

Good size room that included a couch. Rooms/hotel was clean, breakfast was great, service was great! Located in between Heinz field and PNC park on the North shore- able to walk to restaurants (highly recommend Burgatory) shops, and the river walk

A gentlemen helped us obtain our room keys during a time the front desk was overwhelmed with check in arrival customers. I had pre-checked in hours earlier that afternoon. This fine staff person recoginized our situation and quickly obtained our room keys for us, saving us untold time. A real hero! Due to a major party function, the hotel restaurant was closed on the evening of our stay. However, the nice lady running the restaurant front desk assisted us in obtaining dinners to go to take to our room. Another hero!

Driving home to upstate N.Y. from Baltimore and needed a last minute hotel This worked out great. Friday's is right next door and there's so many other options all around. Great breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast attendants were accomodating. Rooms were clean. Our kids liked the arcade and the pool! Adults liked the gazebo! Asked some kids to stop chasing geese, afterall we are in their home :)
