Beautiful, deserted paradise ”
I was there in may just after the high court order shut all the shacks along the strip so Agonda was a ghost town. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet tbh and loved having the beach all to myself, just a hop, skip and jump away from my front door. Staff was lovely and happily cooked meals for me since there were no other restaurants around. They have a small convenience shop as well. If you have your own bike you can easily ride to palolem next door for a slightly more social experience. Overall was a superb stay.
very calm and cool place easy access to beach only problem is there is no signal for airtel network.
nice hotel very close to baech”
i had a nice stay here. Agonda beach is very beautiful and i had a nice morning walk there. The owner was very helpful and he suggested me to visit nearby Cova beach , which was really amazing. will definitely stay again there.
Clean room with all facility.
Nice place to relax”
Very clean room with proper facility. It is at the end of Agonda beach, but beautiful location.
Feeling like Robinson Crusoe”
Beautiful beach, best restaurant on Agonda Beach. Beach huts, very simple but clean and located in a beautiful garden
BEST PLACE IN AGONDA”
wonderful garden, best stretch of beach, great staff and lovely rooms

Awful stay start from Place to Manager”
hi i would like to say that the picture what you are showing here vs where we stayed is completely different..
Calm and comfortable room, just on the beach, perfect for people who love peace”
It's 60 km from airport, and not very well communicated, but it's perfect for those who love peace and calm place to relax on beach. Very good owner, helped us with hiring bike, car etc, ready to help guests. Delicious food, clean comfy room, in less crowded beach. I would always love to go back there.
Lovely friendly place to stay in beach .
Great family place to stay”
Safe, serene and incredibly friendly! Definiatley will be staying there again! Thank you
Lovely stay ”
Beautiful beach huts with comfortable bed & basic but sufficient private bathrooms & beautiful views. There is also a 'penthouse', which has 2 beds & is very spacious & has a small kitchen. There's a few standard but very comfortable rooms. Owners & staff are all super nice & helpful. Location is a dream. The occasional short-lived power cut adds to the holiday feel ;). WiFi is good. The shop at the front has most things one can need. The Hidden Garden restaurant 1 min walk along the beach was our 2nd home with lovely staff again. My 4 yr old son had a great time & loved the space! The only thing I may mention: apart from the penthouse all rooms are geared for 2 people. But they put an extra bed in for us. And the one less good thing: Godvin sometimes moves people into different, not worse, rooms if he needs it for new arrivals. Most people don't mind. We loved our stay!
Bamboo treehouses by the sea”
What a wonderful, wonderful place to stay. Every bamboo treehouse has its own charm with almost all with stunning views across the beach. Bathrooms are what you would expect from a bamboo treehouse, but perfectly good. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Their beach restaurant two doors down was a great place to eat and drink into the evening. Food was reasonably priced and the beers super cold! Felt like we were in a scene from Gilligan's Island...LOVED IT!!
Best beach in goa... ”
... If you want to get away from crowded areas. Like we did, coming from Mumbai. ;) (If you are looking for party and people, go to North goa)
We stayed for a few nights in one of Secret Garden's coco-huts and liked it so much (Agonda beach and Secret Garden) that we came back for another two nights the week after :)
Not worth its money”
I think that cocohuts are overpriced. $1200 per month – that's too much for Agonda. I spent 8 days and nobody ever cleaned my house during this time. I experienced constant issues with wi-fi. Bu the way, you should be ready that there are blackouts few times per day, every day in Agonda and Goa in general. I know that booked cocohut with seaview. However I was let into another house (with the view of another house – very "romantic"). I was extremely disappointed and started to argue. The owner replied that if I don't like something I can leave. Such a nice welcome! I didn't stop to defend my right and was relocated to a better house next day but my impressions were ruined anyways. I cannot call personnel and the owners friendly. They seem to be nice but actually they don't care. It can be a good option if you don't mind wi-fi issues and going to stay for a short period of time. Sunset is really beautiful.
GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY SERVICE
We stayed for three nights and managed to get a hut that had a direct view of the ocean. The facilities were clean and we were impressed with the bathroom (the only thing lacking was hot water from the shower but that wasn't too much of an issue given how hot it was). Definitely would stay here again if we were back in Agonda in future!
Great stay, right on the beach”
We loved our 4 day stay and didn't want to leave! PROS: The beach shacks are actual shacks but very clean and the washroom facilities were good. The staff and the owner are very pleasant to deal with and the food was fantastic. Lovely quiet beach. CONS: Secret Garden overbooked and we stayed at their sister shacks- Hidden Garden a few meters away but the shacks were of the same quality, just a little unnerving at midnight to be taken somewhere else. We felt we overpaid slightly (rooms next door at nicer "hotels" were half the price). The wifi only works at the restaurant and bring some earplugs because the dogs bark most of the night. There is no way to lock your door at night and its very easy for someone to reach in through the straw and open your door. With all of that being said, I would have stayed longer and I'd recommend it to my friends to stay there. Also, bring Rupees with you as the ATM's are a few km's away and regularly out of money.
