“International flight overnight stay”
We had a truly pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. We booked a Garden Twin Room, which was reasonably sized and perfect for an overnight stay. While the bathroom and toilet were not separated, standard essentials were provided, including a hair dryer. Communication with the hotel was quick and efficient, making our arrival completely stress-free. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (though one bed frame made a slight noise), and both the air-conditioning and hot water shower worked excellently. The hotel’s location is outstanding—surrounded by plenty of food options and shops, making everything extremely convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Their efficient communication ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the extended late check-out (thank you, Afiq!) and the assistance with our luggage. Being within walking distance of KLIA2, Tune Hotel is ideal for travelers. The airport also provides a free shuttle bus to Mitsui Shopping Mall and both KLIA1 & KLIA2, adding even more convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tune Hotel KLIA2 to others.

“Comfortable Room, Unexpected Parking Rate.”
Here’s the revised version with your addition, cleaned up a bit: --- Nice, clean room and well-maintained overall. The room is a bit on the smaller side, but still comfortable for a short stay. The main downside is the parking — I didn’t realize it was charged per hour with a maximum of around RM46 per day (if I’m not mistaken). Imagine my surprise!

“Pretty good airport stay”
The location is fine enough it is on the klia2 side. The staff were proficient, nice, and spoke English, so check in went smooth. The lobby common area was bustling and looked cute and inviting, there was a welcome drink which we thought was a nice touch. We like most people, I'd imagine, just stayed here with hope and a prayer that they will be able to get a nap in, all to wake up and be back in the airport before the crack of dawn. The room is small but clean, the hot water was working well and didn't run out. If you arrive late it is helpful that there are multiple 24hr marts just inside the airport exit area. A few things to note that I felt were lacking,, it was a disappointment that there was no minifridge nor a water kettle. There was also no disposable toothbrush, no washcloths nor the alternative of facewipes and then no magnifying makeup mirror. Bah. Thank you to those reviewers before me, as I second the reviewer who said to hold on to the luggage cart if you have luggage. It's close, but far if you've had a big day traveling.

“Expensive, but convenient”
We booked this hotel as a layover while waiting for a flight about 9 hours away. Location isn't as close to the airport as others make it out to be. Be prepared for a 20, 30 minute walk from the departure hall. Although you will be covered throughout, it isn't all air conditioned. Ignore all of the signs that stop you from bringing your trolley. Just bring it. You'll need it, especially if you have a lot of luggage. There is a trolley collection area at the hotel anyways, so just assume the warnings are for people leaving the airport to take a car, etc, and not you. Upon arrival, staff was great and the areas for general usage are decorated vibrantly and is full of life. It's obvious this is where the hotel spends most of its money and where most of your money is going to. There is a welcome drink provided and a water dispenser near the elevator providing hot, ambient, and cold drinking water. There is a bar downstairs and a mini sundry area providing quick bites and refreshments, although fair warning, prices are jacked up for the cenvenience. I'd recommend supplying at the airport instead. Finally the rooms. The room was basic and small. Serviceable for a quick refresh and a nap before the next flight, but it is expensive for what it is. If it was anywhere else, this is the kind of room that would be half the price. The room isn't without it's highs though. Shower was great, good water pressure and closure with no leakage to the main area. Towels are clean and fluffy. Only thing I don't like is that the floors are sticky. In summary, this hotel is still a recommend for me.

“Great Location & Clean”
I stay 2 nights at this hotel specifically to enjoy the KLIA airport atmosphere. The hotel is very strategic, clean, and spacious. From my window, I could see planes taking off. The service is very friendly, even the cleaning staff are polite and kind. There's only one thing that needs improvement, which is the SOP for guests who leave their bags and want to collect them. When I was collecting my bag, the queue was combined with guests who booked online and those handling parking. I was told off by a staff when I tried to jump the queue, saying everyone was there to collect their bags, which wasn't true. The urgency of someone collecting their bag is different; they might be catching a flight, whereas those checking in or handling parking aren't. This is something Tune Hotel could improve.

“Convenient location”
Booked this for a quick overnight transit at KLIA2 before an early flight. The biggest plus is definitely the location – it's literally a short covered walk from the terminal, which made checking in late and heading out super early hassle-free. No need for shuttles or taxis at odd hours. The room was clean, bed decently comfortable, AC worked fine, and WiFi was reliable. Staff were polite and efficient during check-in/out.

“Convenient for flights, disappointing comfort”
I’ll start with the positives, because there are some. The location is genuinely convenient. If you’re flying via KLIA2, it’s extremely close and practical, especially for early morning flights. Even if you’re flying from KLIA1, getting there is still manageable via shuttle, KLIA Express, or KLIA Transit for a small additional cost. The lobby also makes a strong first impression. It looks modern, spacious, and surprisingly impressive for a 3 star airport hotel. The exterior at ground level is green, pleasant, and nicely designed. Walking in, you honestly feel optimistic about the stay. Unfortunately, that optimism doesn’t last. Once you enter the room, reality sets in. The room is very basic and honestly feels more like a hookup hotel than a place meant for proper rest before a flight. Expectations need to be kept very low. Nothing feels comfortable or thoughtfully designed for actual sleep. Visually, the floor looks acceptable at first glance. However, the moment you take off your shoes and step on it, it becomes obvious that it’s dirty. The floor felt grimy, as though it hadn’t been properly mopped for days, if not weeks. That is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of category. The worst part by far is the pillow. I’ve travelled extensively and stayed in everything from budget hotels to high-end properties. This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel pillow I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels before and none came close to being this bad. It completely ruined any chance of proper rest. Now, about the price. Yes, I understand it’s an airport hotel and airport hotels tend to charge a premium. But what you get in return is nowhere near worth the price. It honestly feels like guests are being overcharged simply because of the location. For what is provided, the pricing is unjustifiable. To make things worse, parking is handled terribly. Because of an early flight, my housemate stayed with me the night before and planned to check out the next morning. We were shocked to discover that even as hotel guests, there is no parking validation or flat rate at all. You end up paying up to RM46 just for parking, on top of an already overpriced stay. That is frankly unacceptable for a hotel catering to airport travellers. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks promising from the outside, but the experience is deeply disappointing. If given the choice again, I would much rather stay at another airport hotel or even pay more elsewhere for basic comfort and proper rest than stay here again. This place is simply not worth it.

“Disappointed Experience at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2”
It js a very simple hotel. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay RM6 in the name of Sustainability Fee. There's not even shower gel and only gave soap bar & small shampoo tube for shower and hand wash purpose. No tissue available and room seems to have no aircon because temp display 26 deg C even I set to 13 with only fan provided. Floor was sticky with no room slippers provided. Toilet bowl flush was not good. This hotel will only clean rooms once every 3 days in the name of Sustainability 😳 There’s no phone in the room and got to scan the QR code in room to make our requests thru AI Chatbot. So whe I need toilet paper, I have to go thru AI chatbot! For breakfast, the eggs were cooked with oil flooded soaked under my eggs which was so unhealthy. I saw some flies hovering above the small cakes which spoil my appetite.Omg I think I saw a fly landed on top of the cakes. The hotel staff saw me using hands to sweep around cakes to chase the floes away then they put a moving device near cakes to chase flies away. I was siting inside the restaurant but there’s still a lot of flies even at my table. Consider the varietybof food, hygiene, environment, quality of food, room amenities, etc., I would never stay in this hotel again!

Our recent stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2 was quite satisfactory, primarily due to its convenience for airport travelers. We booked a Quadroom, which consists of two connecting rooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This setup was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax. The washroom, while simple, was clean and functional, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, along with basic toiletries. It served our needs well during our stay. While breakfast is included and starts early at 4:30 AM, I found it a bit limited for such a large hotel catering to airport guests. The breakfast room itself could also use a brighter atmosphere and clearer signage directing guests from the lobby. One nice touch was the water cooler conveniently located next to the lift area, which was great for staying hydrated. We also learned that an iron and ironing board could be requested, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient stay near the airport, Tune Hotel KLIA2 offers a decent experience at a reasonable price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the breakfast options and dining area atmosphere.

“Best value for Hotel nearest to KLIA2”
This hotel's biggest and undeniable advantage is its excellent location. It is genuinely within walking distance to KLIA2 via a covered, air-conditioned skybridge. This is an absolute lifesaver if you have an early morning flight or a late-night arrival and want to avoid any stress. A very important note: This is NOT the Tune Aeropolis hotel. That one is cheaper but requires a shuttle bus to get to the terminal. This hotel is the one directly connected to the airport, so be sure you're booking the right one for that ultimate convenience. The only downside is that you pay a premium for this privilege. The pricing is on the high side for what you get, as the rooms are functional rather than luxurious. However, for the sheer convenience of rolling your suitcase directly from the lobby to the check-in counter in under 10 minutes, the cost was ultimately worth it for a smooth travel experience. Perfect for a one-night transit stop.

“Perfect location, a few misses ”
Location is unbeatable. You literally roll your suitcase from KLIA2 straight into the hotel. Room is small but the bed is comfy and everything is clean. Few things worth knowing though. Walls are super thin, you can hear neighbours and the cleaning crew starts up at 6am. The bathroom dispensers for shampoo and shower gel are there but completely empty which for the price is a bit ... disappointing. Also no USB ports anywhere in the room which feels like a big oversight for a transit hotel full of international travellers. Bring a travel adapter and your own toiletries and you'll be fine!

“The aircon was teribble”
Cleanliness and location are excellent, BUT the air conditioning is very disappointing. There is a ceiling fan provided, but even though the AC can be set as low as 13°C, it still feels like 28°C or even 30ish. Regardless of whether the weather is hot or not, for a hotel at this price point, the AC temperature is clearly disappointing.

“KLIA2 Tune Hotel stay”
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few points worth noting. The hotel does feel a bit overpriced for what you get. While everything was comfortable and well-maintained, the rates seem slightly on the higher side compared to similar properties in the area. That said, full marks for the ambience and the staff. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff truly stand out — consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Their service made a real difference and elevated the overall stay. One downside: don’t expect strong water pressure in the shower. It was noticeably weak, which may be disappointing if you prefer a more powerful shower experience. Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the excellent ambience and service, but the pricing and shower pressure are factors to consider before booking.

“Convenient location”
Booked this for a quick overnight transit at KLIA2 before an early flight. The biggest plus is definitely the location – it's literally a short covered walk from the terminal, which made checking in late and heading out super early hassle-free. No need for shuttles or taxis at odd hours. The room was clean, bed decently comfortable, AC worked fine, and WiFi was reliable. Staff were polite and efficient during check-in/out.

“Tune review”
This is extremely nice hotel with easy access to the airport terminal that allows you to get to the terminal even if it raining. It’s a 8 minute walk to the terminal. As far as the hotel is clean and extremely comfortable with the option of using it for a few hours as well as a full das stay of a few days. If your flight comes in late or your flight is super early it’s the perfect fit to get you to your destination without being exhausted. I highly recommend this hotel. My only recommendation is better communication with the client when they text . The main telephone number is never answered as I tried calling over 10 times over many days. Otherwise my stay was perfect!

“An Upgrade to be remembered and no to premium room”
Book 2 rooms twin bedded but I think there was a mistake done during check in as one of our rooms was a connecting room and I guess someone wanted the connecting room so I was offered to a premium room upgrade which was far away, and was indeed not happy actually but being so tired of a long journey we didnt want to change rooms anymore. We personally didn't like the premium room which was told costRM600+, it was a bit small, with a queen bed, and the sad part of it the toilet has no bidet and worst of all the shower part is a see thru toilet, should have been frosted, have to make sure either family members are not near the shower area to see a naked person taking a shower. If you are travelling with a fried do avoid the premium rooms unless you are okay showering with a see thru toilet. Breakfast was good many options. Hopefully next time front office won't make a mistake checking us to a room that has bookings already. Very inconvenient moving around after a tired journey and given an upgrade room which for me I rather stick with the twin bedded.
