We really enjoyed our stay at the Akyra Manor. The service was the strongest aspect of this hotel. Management have hired very patient, hard-working multi-taskers to man the front desk. They had no problems arranging transportation for numerous hotel guests on short notice and at a very peak time of year. We also had a small power outage, and they were in the room with maintenance staff within minutes! The room is very modern and has an amazing shower/bathroom area. The beds were too hard for us, but the bed linens wonderful. The room is equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is tiny, but does the trick. The lobby design is really poor. The plastic reindeer are really cheap looking and it's all very cluttered looking and didn't make a good first impression. Also, to enter the lobby you will need to climb stairs, so if you have trouble walking this could be a problem. Overall, I had a lovely visit and would consider staying there again in the future.

I stop in Chiang Mai to look at a couple condos I was interested in. I stayed at Akyra Manor. It was in the perfect location. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I loved our stay at Akyra Manor. From the beginning the staff was very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure each guest is taken care of. The location is a little further out but a shorr taxi ride can get you anywhere you would like to go. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here, from the very first to the last minute! All the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was stunning! The design is really nice, modern but warm, with an eye on all the details. The bed was very comfortable and big, the bathroom is nice and spacious and of course, the bathtub is gorgeous. A very romantic room and also the drinks/snacks provided are very nice. The other facilities of this hotel are also nice. The rooftop pool is nice, not very big but big enough for a dip and the bar is a nice place to chill. We only tried the restaurant during breakfast, which was also very well arranged and delicious. The location is also good, a nice area with coffee cafes around the hotel and it is easy to take a grab to the old quarter (or you can even walk). We would love to come back here when we are in Chiang Mai!

Attention to detail, kindness and attentiveness have made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The restaurant is excellent and has won several awards. This small hotel is in a great University neighborhood, the staff are young and energetic; helpful with suggestions and organizing great tours, restaurants, transportation, etc. Cannot say enough good about it. It is our first time staying at Akyra hotels,; great find....

New, nicely designed, excellent service :)”

Room design is excellent and all amenities, equipments were very carefully selected to be serve both functional and aesthetic purposes. Every staffs we encountered were helpful and very energetic, no complaints at all regarding their service mind. Tasty breakfast with interesting selections. The hotel is situated in the middle of Nimmanhemin district which offers a plenty of nice boutiques, restores, cafes. Only one downside to this fact is it could be noisy on Saturday night as there's a few clubs with live music nearby.

Nice Hotel but a bit far”

The Hotel is fine. Clean and tidy, and the roombis big. The restaurant there is excellent. I will visit that restaurant when I am in Chiang Mai again. The Hotel located near pubs and will be a bit noisy for stay. Moreover, it is far away from the old town, which take about 20 mins by tuk tuk. Not very concenient for sightseeing.

Great place”

Located in the nimma district, this hotel is ideally located for foodies, hipster bars and coffee shops. The price of the hotel is worth it just for the huge rooms and two plate gourmet breakfast. The stay was comfortable and very pleasant. The lobby is a little small, and there are only 4 sunlounge chairs, however we have always found them to be available after about ten minutes. Would stay again.

Amazed by the architecture in the hotel, Love the hallway to the room way like the cinema, once you open the door you will be impressed by the big bathtub. The room equip all facilities and very clean. The bed is very big and soft. I love the breakfast they serve at the restaurant, you can choose 4 choices/room and taste so good with very good ingredient. Staff are very nice, they all well trained to have a service minded and very polite. Location is heart at Nimman, very convenience to commute. Love everything in this hotel, you have done a good job in all aspects. Highly recommended! S

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful. Food is great. It's a little pricey possibly. But you get what you pay for I guess. Worth every penny. Only downside for us was the hotel is too fancy for a toddler! I don't want to complain about any of it. It's great. But it's not baby safe and I possibly wouldn't recommend staying here with small children. Although the staff did go very far out their way to play with out son and keep him entertained at any chance.

The bed is sensational with extra large comfy pillows. Bath tub is elegant and the water is hot! Room is spacious. At a discounted price, it is worth the money. Not to mention aquarium-like instagramable spot on the roof.
