The lady at the reception was extremely rude”
Everything we asked the lady at the reception was answered rudely, we didn’t feel welcome at all. They dont have any water kettle at the room. So we had to go near the reception to take hot water after dealing with the rude lady. It was a nightmare. We were placed 2 buildings away from the name reception area. - not a big issue, we can deal with this. The lady at the reception was such a snob. All the other staff were fine and gave a smile, except for her. When we arrived the host for the shower was broken, the phone had no connection at all so had to walk back and forth to inform the rude lady about the broken shower host. Not a lot of places to eat around the hotel. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel but didn’t use it. The room was big enough for 3 adults and 1 child, but the beds are worn out, the spring of the mattress didn’t let you sleep very comfortably. The toilet bath tub took forever for the water to drain even if you’re just showering

        Just another average hotel”
Food in the area, cosy room, value for money
Not so close to a metro but many of the buses do stop out the front. Food in the area was so cheap and yum. We were happy with our stay. Very basic. The lift is tiny, only one person and luggage can fit at a time. This place does need renovations. But we were satisfied.

helpful staff, not too far from the metro station, clean
The room was small and the area where this hotel is situated is not very nice, but it was a good value for money during the Seafood exhibition.

        Great location ”
The hotel located close to Brussels Noord station. It's convinient for travellers who wants to catch train or Eurolines bus for a journey to Amsterdam or Paris.
The receptionist is pleasant. We were arrived in the late night, he provides us with cups of hot tea to relief our body. The room was convinient.

The hotel is far from the tourist center, although its near the Brussels booed, for those coming from Amsterdam on board Eurolines. the room does not look good and picture on the net is deceiving. Free wifi though.

Easily accessible location, close to the city centre
The hotel was easy to find. From the tram stop around the corner of the church and you could see it. The room was larger than I expected. Enough drawers to put your stuff in. There was a small fridge in the room, which was convenient. The heating could be easily regulated. Internet was with free prepaid card that had 24 hrs on it. Did not try the breakfast.

Great hotel but not that convenient location.”
Nice spacious room, extremely friendly staff and low price.
I traveled with friends as a group of students, and selected this hotel because its rates were close to that of hostels in the area. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the rooms were well-kept and comfortable. The only downside however, is that the hotel isn't very near a metro station, which can make travelling very slightly inconvenient. It is near a tram station though, with two trams that head towards the heart of the city.

        Price, location
i was booked here since the price was very good compared to the other options that i had. location is great, staff also is very helpful and friendly. the room itself leaves something to be desired though, place was quite old and didn't appear to be too clean, shower was leaking. all in all still a value for what you pay for though.

basic decent hotel at the fringe of brussel”
walking distance 15 minwalk to nord station
they do have room service despite apparent very basic room type. have to walk pass a tunnel and through a rather rough area (with professional service ladies standing beside windows, like you find in amsterdam!!) before arriving at the hotel, which is 200 meters from a church. next to a bar or drinking joint with live band. could be quite noisy if you get the rooms closer to the road. the tramp number 25 goes to the road beside the hotel from nord station. they had hot water supply but not heating in the room. 15 min free internet connection at the registration desk. decent basic hotel for sleep over.

        not far from city
This is one of the best place for budget travellers in Brussels. They don't offer luxurious accomodation, but for you who just need a place to rest and sleep, they give enough for us. Their amenities are old, but as long as they function properly, no problem for us. the bus stop just in front of the hotel.
