Great Location To Centralize”
Location is good as on Piccadilly line, thus you can hit airport direct and most tourist spots. Thus great for us. Hotel itself is dated but had been kept up fairly well. Everything functioned fine for us. Cleanliness was good she staff friendly. It's our 2nd trip = stay here and would consider them again

Very good”
Spent 4 nights in this boutique hotel which is located just few minutes’ walking distance from the Gloucester station. We found that the staffs were polite and helpful. The setting and size of our room were generally adequate, except that the curtain bar had fallen off sometime. The continental breakfast was barely acceptable though hot foods if inclusive will definitely render the hotel more competitive.

Location and price”
Pro: great location with reasonable pricing. Con: air conditioning can only be set at either heating or cooling mode for all rooms at the entire floor. so there is not choosing at own will. end up opening window throughout the stay.

Fabulous location”
We stayed here for 10 nights. Pros: Fabulous location- 2 minutes from the tube station (that has piccadilly, district and circle lines), only a couple of minutes walk to 3 supermarkets (sainsburys, tesco express and waitrose) and loads of restaurants, some shops and a laundromat. The Golden Tours hop on hop off bus also departs from just around the corner. The windows open for fresh air, the shower is hot (once you work out how to get past the safety stop of 38degrees), breakfast is nice and the staff very friendly. It has a safe, small fridge and china cups for the good selection of teas and coffee. Cons: we were in a twin bed room and the beds were hard and you could feel the springs of the mattress. The hotel tried to correct this by adding a comfort layer of a folded duvet underneath. It is a lovely place but a comfortable bed is essential after being busy all day. Maybe the double beds are a better option.

Good location next to tube for airport - tourist sites”
Location is best part about this hotel for us. Needed something on tube from heathrow and to the tourist spots and Gloucester station has several tube lines there, thus worked well for that. Staff was not so good, needed a cab on our last day and kid on night messed up days and woke us at 5.30am day before we left cause he couldn't read the date. On last day of checkout we had to wake up the front desk person as they were asleep on couch and thus were out of it during check out. Other than that it worked fine.

The hotel had some nice things and a few things to improve on. It was in a great location in a lovely building but the room was small and the bed and pillows were rock hard.

Excellent”
This is my second time in this hotel. The hotel is neat with great location. Two major supermarkets(Waitrose and Sainbury in addition to an express Tesco) are very close. Several options of eating places around the hotel are available including Italian, Lebanese....etc. We found out that the "Ask Italian" one was the best. The Glouster Road tube station is minutes away, in addition to bus no.74 which takes you to Victoria. The breakfast is a great continental one with options as extras. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a basket of fruits. Rooms have minibars which are convenient to keep cold drinks. The bed is comfortable and the bath room is clean. I could not use the bath robes as they looked rather old dating back to 2011 as was marked on them. The biscuit provided on the tray of tea and coffee bags was delicious but providing two fully grown adults with one single biscuit is not the right way to cut costs. I sure would come back again and would recommend the hotel to others.

Good Hotel in a GREAT location”
This GEM of a hotel is in a great location near the heart of London. The hotel itself is nice and small, and very quiet. The continental breakfast was very good, and the staff were always very friendly and smiling. The hotel is within walking distance of many iconic landmarks, like Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, Buckingham Palace, etc. Only a short walk to the Gloucester Road underground station. Or if you want to see the sights, take a double-decker bus to Westfield Mall, Baker Street, or Victoria Station. Most trips are just a single bus ride there, with stops near the hotel. We couldn't stop saying just how perfect the location was for this hotel. Our room on the fifth floor was very nice and clean, but doesn't have the big windows that you see on their website. It's basically the attic retrofitted into rooms. If you want nice views, ask for rooms on floors 1 to 4. There are also rooms on street level (rooms numbered 6XX), and in the basement (rooms numbered 7XX). We will definitely consider this hotel if we ever return to London.

Excellent in every way”
The Ashburn hotel is a old and quaint character hotel in an excellent location in London for sight seeing and getting around on the tube or via taxis. There was several grocery stores, a variety of restaurants and we even walked to Harrods and Hyde park. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff were so kind and helpful and we would stay there again any time we return to London.

Superb location and value for money”
This hotel is located near the Glouster Road tube station in Chelsea, which made it very convenient as two major lines ran through that station. The hotel had a friendly foyer and the staff were all very helpful. The room had a view of Glouster Road and was a reasonable size with a king size bed. The bathroom had a walk in shower, thick fluffy towels and face washers. We have been to London several times before and were delighted by this hotel.

Great hotel in great location”
The Ashburn has very nice rooms in a location close to the Tube and lots of restaurants and pubs. It's an easy walk to Kensington Gardens and The Royal Albert Hall. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and directions to sites throughout London. We particularly enjoyed the evening prosecco and breakfast. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Kensington/Chelsea area.
