The staff were ever ready to offer their smiles, prompt response and assistance. It starts with good greet and meet service at the airport. This is my second stay in this hotel and both stays are positive experiences for me.
Generally, the staff were all very polite and professional. Breakfast was nice with good service. Wifi in rooms were effective. Beyond expectations. Will surely return to this hotel.
The hotel was clean and everything worked as expected. The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist me with any queries I had. They speak a number of languages so guests can feel comfortable when dealing with them.

Not a great experience- they tried to put me in a different room than I paid for. So I went down and said this was not the "sea view" and she said there was maintenance being done so she decided to put us in a different room. I told her she needed to tell me that first and ask if I would mind a change as opposed to saying nothing. When I was taken to the top level - the room was exactly the same and there were other customers on the floor. I enjoyed the view. The carpet near the elevator was being replaced- but it was not loud at all. Then when I was checking out using my credit card to pay- the guy ran my card through and handed me the receipt to sign and I told him the price was incorrect and only after I caught his mistake- did he admit he "accidentally" hit the USD key instead of the local currency. I understand mistakes will be made; however you tell the customer first as opposed to trying to see if you can get away with cheating them. Very poor management- check everything!
