Reluctant at first but hooked by excellent service. Well run hotel.”
From driving onto the hotel grounds to departing the service of the BH was impeccable. Reception seem exceptional. The valet parking of the vehicle a pleasure. The Rooms comfortable and the bathrooms and towels fresh and clean. The view from the rooms must be the most beautiful in Umhlanga. We were on the 6th floor. Breakfast buffet as expected but special requests provided for with a smile. As we have always favoured the Oyster Box hotel next door we have never seriously considered the BH. We actually only stayed here for one night as we were moving across to the OB. WOW what a mistake.. Thank you for your excellent service. Your hotel lobby and public areas need a bit of colour and your monotone colour scheme does not appeal to me but the service and effort of the staff truly made up for it. Thank you.

Such a great stay . They had amazing attention to detail . Staff were great . Food Devine. Only note ... since the food is that great the gym could use a bit of a boost.

Ordered a room service meal and the prawn is half cooked and on the last day of checking out i have sprained my ankle just because someone have not clean the floor properly and i had a slip. For a 5 star hotel, its totally unacceptable. If this happen to an elderly person then i am not sure what will be outcome be.
