A great place to stay you will really enjoy it. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, location, room. For the hotels benefit it would have been nice if i could have had WiFi in the room having to buy 7 days of usage when i was only staying 4 day was off putting. I would rather have been charged a little more for the room and had it included. Not being able to get a taxi organised by reception was also not good. Being told that it was hotel policy that i had to use their airport transfer vehicle at double the price of a taxi a little steep. The breakfast was a little bland for me. Do not be off put by this the hotel is by far the best in Kata beach and the facilities and location are superbe. The room was great and very comfortable. The staff were very good.

Just everything I expected”
This is the third hotel that I stayed in Phuket for my holiday. I compared several locations before I made my booking. Gosh I'm so glad that I chose this hotel. The location is just perfect over looking the beach and just one step away that's Kata Beach and the restaurants are just around the corner. Public transport, taxi and tuk tuk for the tourists are just right at the front of the hotel. My room was nice and clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was nice and has some variety but they were about the same everyday. Overall, I'm very satisified with my stay and so were my friends. We've all decided if we ever come back, we will stay at Beyond Kata again.

Best place to stay in Kata”
I stay for in this hotel almost every year since 2006. The location is the best in Kata. From one side we are near all the commerce and from the other we can enjoy the privacy of the hotel. The swimming pool area mixes with the beach so we can enjoy the convenience of the hotel and the freedom of the sea at the same time. The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The facilities are very well maintained and the rooms are spacious enough. The breakfast is superb and have a great offer for the other meals. Beyond Kata Resort is definitely my choice for staying in Kata

The staff were very helpful upon arrival. The room was perfect, clean and had a great bed and bedding. it is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby but still very quiet at the end of the beach. This will be my regular accommodations from now on.

Beyond Resort Kata is nice, clean resort in the heart of Kata area. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are clean with a comfy bed. The cherry on top is that the resort is in a prime location right on the beach.

I had a great stay for two weeks and was upgraded to an absolute beachfront room that had the most spectacular views and was very roomy. Very nice staff at front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast cafe. Kata beach is a great atmosphere with locals surfing and walking and great thai food stands at the beach car park next door. I'm coming back in August and will stay here again. Thanks Beyond Kata 5 stars

We have just spent a week at the Beyond Kata Resort and enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect as it is right on the one of the most beautiful beaches. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The restaurant at the hotel has a good variety of western and Thai food. Their pizza is delicious. Overall it was an excellent stay at a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful beach very nice rooms with great facilites Sunbeds by the pool give you a beautiful overlook of what is the most beautiful beach in Phuket for us. the breakfast buffet is big and very diversified. Beyond Resort exceeded our expectations. For a very reasonable price, we received an oceanview room, excellent buffet breakfast included, with beachfront access to Kata Beach, arguably the best beach in Phuket, with crystal clear water, powder sand beach, and great sunsets. Staff was excellent, and the facilities were first rate. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights at the Beyond resort, I would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for a location near restaurants and bars this is the ideal hotel. The location is great it is right on the beach, the pool area is great and the breakfast is well worth it, a really good selection of food.

We stayed here during wave3 covid. Of course, everything is not what it should be. The hotel was operating in lite- mode and this <10% occupancy rate. But the maid was motivated to do her job. Hope everything will be better soon.

Great value and views!”
This was perfect for what we wanted. Gorgeous sunsets and ocean views. I reduced a star due to a Thai wedding one afternoon/evening that we didn’t know would take place, which closed the pool bar, and was very loud with Thai announcements for several hours, plus indoor music that shook our hotel room when we tried to sleep. I didn’t notice a disclaimer about possible weddings that would take over the property. Also a heads up, there was a lot of trash on the beach, and it’s a surfers beach. Fun to watch, cheap lessons, but you need to be a fairly strong swimmer to go in to the water much. Finally, we HIGHLY recommend Lucky Friend massage in the alley across from the hotel. The hotel’s massages were also very affordable.

Good location, very nice beach”
I followed the other reviews and took the Phuket Smart Bus from airport to the hotel. Bought the Rabbit Card cost 300bt but can use only 200bt. They say the card can be used on bkk's bts too. Trip to hotel is 170bt. Left with 30bt, can't use it until we topped up. Tell the driver where you stay and he will drop you in front of the hotel. The designated bus stop at Kata night market is too far away. Took a tuk tuk to Patong (400bt) to top up the card at McDonalds. Return trip by the bus is only 50bt. In short, can't use the card to go out because the bus stop is too far, but can use the card to return. The public bus at the terminal right next to hotel goes to Phuket town. Advertised only 40bt cash, but we didn't try it. The hotel is quite large, a good mix of guests. Breakfast buffet is average, not enough local food. We got a room facing the sea, so it was very nice. Can sit at the balcony and watch the sunset. Free wifi in the room. Beach is right outside, very clean and calm waters. We like that it is not as crowded as Patong beach. Convenience stores, massage, and restaurants nearby. A good choice if you want to do nothing but enjoy the sun and the beach. Will stay again.

Best location on Kata beach with a great staff”
Pros Great staff, always welcoming and helpful, The breakfast was great and staff are fantastic, in particular Glen goes out of his way to assist however he can, and I suspect he has great way of instilling this in other staff. A big Thankyou to him!!!! Having stayed at a number of hotels during our 6 weeks in Thailand, I have to commend those who set the tone amongst staff because there is a chatter and laughter among staff that we noticed setting nice vibe. The location of this hotel on the beach I think is the best on Kata and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel here. The pool is nice and deck chairs are plentiful. A policy of not being able to reserve chairs with your towel for more than an hour is a good one! Front counter staff were quick to sort out wifi problem. Standard superior room I think but it was spacious, comfortable bed. Good servicing of room. Only con is that dinner and drinks pricey but it is a resort, alternatives outside hotel

This hotel is right on Kata Beach. Not too pricey for Phuket standards. Good for families if you don’t won’t the madness and chaos of Patong. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Phuket.

This is my second visit to Kata Beach and this resort. I have enjoyed both experiences. The breakfast is great , the views are amazing and the location is perfect. Many families come to this resort , I was with a friend and we found this fine. If you dont like children this spot is not for you. If you would like a great place with many helpful staff , great food,nice pool , great beach and a perfect location you will like this resort. WE LOVE THIS RESORT!!!!!!!
