Good location for everything! Can lent a bike from here and bus stop is just infront of hostel. Very friendly staff! Just a thing u have to think is a bit noisy( cause it located middle of main street). But it was ok for me.

helpful and friendly owners ”

Very good experience! We booked the room on the bus before arriving the kending town. The owner helped to carry our luggage and updated our standant room to a big room with balcony for free. As she saw our 3 luggage and my tall Aussie partner. She offered to provide free clothes washing service. Very happy with the services.

Overall review”

We are a family of four including two children from the USA. The first stopped over hotel we stayed in when we just arrived in Kenting. Overall it is a pretty good inn and the owner is so friendly. Location is great. However, the Agoda website was saying that there was breakfast included but it's not when we talked with the owner and we were all surprised and confused by the booking information between the website information descriptions and the owner's committment for business that we have no idea which one is true. On the other hand, the owner was very helpful to have my iPad been retrieved that I left in the bus after I checked in. She's also very helpful to provide information that we could hire a tour guide driver driving around for us to the attractive nearby places. We had a pleasant journey and stay.

I booked only a bed in the 6-men bunk room. Luckily I was the only 1 in that room during my stay. Overall the stay experience was awesome. The hotel owners and staff were very helpful in many ways. They also offered scooter rental and provided models above satisfaction. Definitely satisfied with the stay and the experience. Will definitely return and book this place again!

Great location”

I stayed for one night at the Bicycle Inn and would stay again if I were in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about local attractions. I rented an electric motorcycle from them during the day and was given a quick lesson seeing as I've never been on one before! They were kind enough to let me leave my bag with them at the counter since it was too bulky for the motorcycle. The Inn was pretty clean overall, however there was a little layer of dust on the beds. The only pitfall to this Inn was that they didn't have individual plugs by the bed. If you wanted to charge something then you'd need to plug into a power bar by the television.

Great staff, good location, clean rooms”

Nothing was a problem for the lovely staff at Bicycle Inn -- everything from arranging a scooter rental, sorting out bus information and tickets (and writing a note for the driver to make sure we were let off at the right place) and offering advice on the best places in the area to eat and drink was done with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water and fast, reliable wi-fi. Hard to fault this place, really.

It is located right in the heart of the Kenting road. Staff were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. The only disappointing part was the really hard beds and toilet flushing system which we were afraid it might just fail us anytime. No lifts provided, so it was very tiring to climb the tall stairs all the way up to 3rd level everyday.

main street location”

It was great as it is located at the kenting main street. Convenient to get food day and night as well as get bike rental from the inn. The staff and lady owner is very friendly and warm. Good way of starting a memorable trip. It is clean just that our room's air conditioner doesn't seem to work well. But they have fans in the room to make us feel cooler. It is not noisy too. Overall, it is a good stay. Would recommend friends and others to stay as well.

Good location, big room”

The room given to me is too big and different from what I have booked. I only booked a double room but there are 3 double beds in the room assigned. The room is just located at the first floor near to the reception. Thus, it is quite noisy at times. You can hear people voices in the room clearly. But the location of this hotel is very strategic, the public street bus stop just at the entrance. No concern on the food availability as it is in the middle of the Kenting main street. It is a bit far from the beach though.
