“Excellent location but with a bit defects”
We spent one night only in Blue Rainbow and the stay was fine. The location is perfect that we can walk to the city centre within 20mins. The room is large and cosy especially the living room. We were given a room on the first floor so we had to close the curtain throughout the stay because the whole living room could be seen through the glass wall, that was a bit uncomfortable. Some defects also annoyed us like several light bulbs were not working, the bathtub door was removed and the water was everywhere after shower. The room was full of cooking smell throughout the whole stay, we tried to turn on the ioniser but it didn't work at all.

“Value for money apartment in Manchester”
Facilities are a bit old, but room is comfort, spacious, and clean. location is ok. close to tram station and pubs.

“Room was not well maintained”
The unit we occupied was running out with almost everything, includes soaps, shampoo, tea and even they didn't provide us with hair dryer. The telephone line was not working and it made our stay even more difficult since we couldn't get in touch with the reception. And when we went to the ground floor to contact the reception, he wasn't even there and made us wait instead. What a disappointment.

“Good service , nice apartment ”
One of the best apartment I have stayed in UK. Although some of the facilities do not function well, but the receptionist tried her best to help us. Their service and attitude is 10/10 . Besides, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

“blue rainbow”
Blue Rainbow aparthotel provides budget accommodation near to the centre of manchester. The staff were helpful and the facilities were better than expected for the price band. I would stay there again if I was manchester for a week and needed to be in the City Centre

“Awful... Never ever stay here”
The room initially looked ok, even if it was freezing cold. There was no heater in the lounge and the one in the bedroom didn't work. The barroom light didn't work

“Absolutely awful - would never stay here again. ”
Applying for a refund currently. The apartment was in a terrible state of disrepair - nothing worked - lighting, fridge, freezer, lamps, hot water, taps, etc etc. To say the place was dirty is being kind - we sat on towels on the sofa due to the condition of it. Disgusting.
