Check in staff was a bit slow, but was understandable due to it being the weekend. Front staff worked as a team as much as possible, except one tall gentleman with glasses and light skin, dark hair . This gentleman was not efficient at check in guest in, and held up line for all guest. This indifidual was not verbal or vocal in getting guest attention to move line quic...

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. This time we were very disappointed. Our room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, the bed was squeaky every time we moved, the phone didn’t work, the ventilation system made a high pitched whine sound, it just seemed like things were neglected. We will find another hotel next time.

The Good: I was allowed to check in early and the lady was nice. The room was adequate. The light at the front of the room was out and (although it took 6 hours), it was eventually replaced thanks to the nice lady as I caught her before she left work for the day. The hotel was accessible to the places I had to go and close enough to gas and food. The Bad: I ask...

Quality Inn is a nice , clean and comfortable place when staying in Albuquerque. It is near to malls, restaurants and the city attractions. Hotel room is clean and well kept. Breakfast is better as compared to other hotels which serve simple coffee nd waffles only. It is not too expensive and has ample parking spaces. Overall, We would like to stay again in Quality I...

Best Western needs to spend some money and get some high definition security cameras because the security camera surveillance wasn't even able to make out the back of the car that drove up the man got out and they stole my car if your cameras would have been better we could have made out the license plate number but they stoled my car the night of September 4th 2018. r...

When I travel I expect to stay somewhere nicer than my own home. This hotel did nothing to give me that impression at all The A/C unit moved warm air, there was no mini fridge when we checked in and it took over 3 hours to have one delivered. Only one coffee set up and 2 towels for 2 people. The age was obvious and partially installed new carpet in the hallway did ...

We stayed the night here while driving from Texas to Utah. It was easy to find, close to everything, and super nice for the price. I love what Sheratons are doing to keep up with nicer hotels. The bar was nice the restaurant was trendy, and the rooms were great. We will be rebooking for the trip home!!!!

We stayed only one night and needed a hotel close to the Airport, but away from the noise. This Hotel has everything one could ask for. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable big clean rooms, a crystal clear indoor pool and hot tub, great parking, super breakfast and a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Coming from Santa Fe, an hour away, we decided to spend a night in Albuquerque before I left to work internationally for a year. One of my older children and her husband were arriving in NM less than a day before my departure and we did not want to waste our limited time on the highway during back and forth. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was fri...

I would recommend this hotel with the follow caveat: Be aware that (a) there is no free internet access in the room and (b) there is no refrigerator in the room. Those issues might matter to some guests. They did to me. To chill a bottle of sparkling water I had brought, I had to use the dry cleaning plastic bag from the closet and fill it with ice. The ice bucket ...

They say remodeled, but painting over broken stuff is not remodeling. However, if you want a reasonably clean place to lay your head and a cup of coffee and toast or cereal for breakfast then this place isn’t bad. Don’t expect much from the desk help.

We stayed at Drury on our way from Phoenix to Denver. It's our second time at this location in Albuquerque, and it was a great place to stop and unwind after having been on the road for 7 hours. Elizabeth checked us in and was so welcoming. We got there in time for happy hour and delicious chicken tacos. We had a laugh with Portencia (hopefully I spelled that correctly...

Agoda did not send through payment to Howard Johnson despite me having already paid for it. Luckily the great hotel staff was able to accommodate myself and get me a room. Worst case scenario I could've not even had a room. I will not be using Agoda again, I would recommended using another website in the future.

It was good as a motel, parking car in front of room. Fuddruckers, Applebees and a microbrewery were within 5 minutes on foot. But nothing else. It is still suburban sprawl so nothing to do. Hotel is old but clean. Agoda charged me more than the prices stated on the checkin sheet, so you may do better just going to the hotel first to ask about rates. Bed was comf...

Excellent stay... Balloon festival was going on but Comfort Inn excelled in everything. The breakfast was good and the service was exceptional. The front desk was extremely professional in all situations bc not all guests were easy to deal with. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would absolutely stay there again!

The Hotel never had any snacks or refreshments. When I ask the front desk I was told that they had to wait until the week funds had cleared. As I would leave early and come in late there was nothing chose from to eat or drink in the snack area. Very disappointing.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Furnished OK. Acceptable breakfast. But no fridge nor microwave. Because of our long trip, we had some food "storage", but there was no place to keep it in cold conditions. We were happy that there was low temperature outside. We kept our food in our car.

We stayed at this hotel for the Iron Maiden Legacy of the beast tour, we loved staff, breakfast was great, bed, location, cleanliness and climate was excellent. We will definitely will stay at this hotel when we visit the city again, awesome price for service received.

This hotel is a short walk from Old Town Albuquerque. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. My only complaint would be that the shower did not work too well and it's probably a good idea to check that out as you check in. I only found this out the following morning

a good hotel, especially if you have a car. large rooms. good bath and shower. quiet. this is downtown albuquerque, so there are always some drunken people walking along the road from time to time. or sitting. but they tend mostly to ignore you. you can't avoid them entirely wherever you may be in this part of the city.

Finding the hotel was easy. Right next to the Owl Cafe..a great place to eat and pick up a Route 66 t-shirt. Checkin was quite easy. There was plenty of parking close to our room entrance. There was no guide on the phone on how to call the front desk, but a 3-ring binder in the desk drawer had that information. We were looking for ice machines. The front desk share...

The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. The smell only got worse when I turned on the AC unit. I wanted to switch, but my son crawled into bed and fell asleep after a long day, so we stayed in the room. On top of the smoky room, the bathroom sink did not drain and the pillows smelled like sweat.

Everything about our room was great - clean, comfortable, good size. However, the property outside was filled with trash everywhere you looked. Trash was strewn about the parking lot and bags of trash were left out here and there. We alerted staff and when we left the next morning, the trash was still everywhere. That wasn't the only issue. We checked in around 5:45p...

Amazing stay, would have loved to stay 2 nights here if it wasn't fully booked. Stayed in a 2 double bed, room was spacious and clean. Had a nice view of the pool from the 3rd floor. Overall service was good and staff was friendly. From check-in even to cleaning crew. Still maintain the old style deco but makes the whole place looks unique.

I arrived in town for a training course. Unfortunately at the time Menaul Bld was undergoing sewer works which meant no buses were running. The staff at this hotel were most accomodating. They organised drop off and pick ups with the shuttle on a Sunday which is not normally done. They also picked me up as late as 9pm during the weekdays to ensure I arrived back safely...

Pros: Across from the Indian Pueblo Cultural center. Easy drive to Old Town. Easy access to freeway. Within 15 minutes to the airport. We've stayed there when they first opened and will do so the next time we're in ABQ. Cons: A temporary issue but until we checked in, we were unaware that the hotel was under renovation. It would be nice to have advance notice ...
