"Check in staff was a bit slow, but was understandable due to it being the weekend. Front staff worked as a team as much as possible, except one tall gentleman with glasses and light skin, dark hair . This gentleman was not efficient at check in guest in, and held up line for all guest. This indifidual was not verbal or vocal in getting guest attention to move line quicker and more efficient. Guest were disgruntled due to this check in staff individual. I was not able to get his name. If it wasn’t for this individual, I would of been completely satisfied with my stay at hotel. Thank you "

Hotel Chaco

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff were exceptionally thoughtful. We stayed during the State COVID shutdown and although the Plaza and museums were closed, we kept ourselves busy exploring the nearby neighborhoods as well as takeout from the local restaurants and hotel room service; all were great. We’ll be back!"

Ramada by Wyndham Albuquerque Midtown

"The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. The smell only got worse when I turned on the AC unit. I wanted to switch, but my son crawled into bed and fell asleep after a long day, so we stayed in the room. On top of the smoky room, the bathroom sink did not drain and the pillows smelled like sweat. "

Drury Inn & Suites Albuquerque North
Northern Albuquerque Suburbs,Albuquerque (NM) - View on map
"We stayed at Drury on our way from Phoenix to Denver. It's our second time at this location in Albuquerque, and it was a great place to stop and unwind after having been on the road for 7 hours. Elizabeth checked us in and was so welcoming. We got there in time for happy hour and delicious chicken tacos. We had a laugh with Portencia (hopefully I spelled that correctly) who was super friendly and fun and enjoyed meeting and talking to BJ as he made the rounds in the area where everyone was eating. The staff we interacted with clearly love their jobs and that translates back to the customer experience. Our room was clean and up-to-date and the beds were comfortable. We will be back for sure!"

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Albuquerque Midtown

"Agoda did not send through payment to Howard Johnson despite me having already paid for it. Luckily the great hotel staff was able to accommodate myself and get me a room. Worst case scenario I could've not even had a room. I will not be using Agoda again, I would recommended using another website in the future."

More about Albuquerque (NM)

Albuquerque lies near the center of New Mexico in the United States. This large desert metropolis is usually overshadowed as a tourist destination by nearby Santa Fe, but it has plenty to offer on its own and is a great destination in itself. Founded in 1706, a colorful history and placement along “The Mother Road” of Route 66 has made this a rather vital city to the state. It is here that travelers will arrive via the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport.

Visitors to Albuquerque will be exploring a well-planned city, one divided into four quadrants, making it rather easy to get around by following navigational landmarks. Get to know the city with a tour of Old Town and its 18th century architecture. A number of museums can be visited to further explore the history of the area as well as the culture and wildlife, including the American International Rattlesnake Museum. A unique and exciting experience for some will be a Breaking Bad tour, which takes visitors to various filming locations of this cult TV series. Getting into nature is an easy day out with the Sandia Mountains and Rio Grande Valley State Park at your fingertips. And there could be no better time to visit than during the Albuquerque International Balloon Festival – the world’s largest ballooning event.
