Alghero hotels & places to stay

Helt ok hotell med allt basic man behöver. Vi fick ett rum med mycket fin utsikt. Aningen små badrum. Trevligt poolområde med en svalkande pool. 15 min strandpromenad in till centrum och 50 meter till stranden. Personalen va trevlig men inget extra.

Our stay in this b&b was excellent. Facilities are very clean, continental breakfast is available all day, Staphano the host is very welcoming. He took us around town and showed us good places to eat. I would recommend this b&b.

The hotel is in a fantastic location 100 meters from the airport bus stop and the same from the BeachBus stop. One street back from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. The hotel is new with comfortable rooms and very very clean. The breakfast is perfect with fresh coffee. The BEST aspect though is the staff! GianCarlo and PierMario are such amazing hosts!!They could not be more friendly and helpful. This hotel is a gem.We will be back next year!!!

best location in the middle of the city, everything is easily accessible and the host is super friendly and helpful

I was nicely surprised on the opportunites Hotel location offers to the travellers. In 5 min. walks from the Hotel, there are various possibilities to spend the time running the track on the small athletic stadium. In the vicinity, there plenty possibilities to spend the time, playing basketball, football, volleyball, rugby, baseball and many other sport and/or recreation events/activities. Few hundred meters further is Park with a lot of Pine and Larch Trees named after Paul John II our great countryman. Crossing the Park one can arrive to the long and wide sandy Beach, which is not very crowded for most the time during the day. I think the Hotel deservs to utilise these possibilities, and recommend them for incoming guests.

The micro apartments that Emanuele rents leave nothing to chance. It makes sense :it turns out that he's an architect and that he carefully thought out each space as if it was his own apartment. Expect extrême functionality and lots of free amenities. Your room, even the small ones feel like suites. Talk to him if you get the chance : an adoptive algherese he has all sorts of insights on this unique city.

We stayed just one night. We needed a hotel close to the airport as our flight was early in the morning. With its close location to the airport it was perfect. Rooms were clean, but you could easily hear noise from your neighbors. Lot of parking. Restaurant staff did not speak english.

Contact the owner shortly prior to arrival and he will be waiting for you at the entrance to the lovely little studio. There is a friendly doggy that comes with the booking. We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the place.

It's my first time to write a review in Agoda. I felt like I were at home, beautiful gardens, breakfast with seaview.... About the breakfast there are no comments. Because of the two hosts, Gianfranco & Antonella and the unforgettable breakfast I extended another 3 nights in Arcamyrtus. The room was really clean and designed with sardinian style that me and my fiancee really loved. Arcamyrtus will be always my choice in Alghero. We miss you two and the breakfast!

Highly recommended for a quiet and private vacation. The room is white and clean and just like what you see on pictures. Sea front view during the day and star view at night from balcony are just amazing. It sits on a small town of Fertelia, which makes your stay in perfect tranquility. There are buses every hour to Alghero and to get around the places was not difficult at all. (Please make this review anonymous)

Good location within walking distance of the old town and bus stops to access the stunning beaches to the north of Alghero. Staff super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them (plus generous measure of prosecco). Drinks very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a good spread and constantly replenished. Swimming pool and sun lounger area is good for their location, but very small with no view.

I had a pleasant stay at Alma hotel in Alghero. It was by the beach and 15 min from the old town (with lots of restaurants, discos, and bars). The site is not particularly pretty but as I said the location is convenient and the price is fair for what it is. Internet access was a huge plus since I was there for a long time.

The B&B is very clean and has great location. The owner is extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was quite large and good quality. I'd definitely recommend this B&B.

Good but you have To Pay 10 euros/day for AC 5 euros for each beach towel. IT was no cleaning in the apartments. Fridge was really noise. Had To turn off on the first day. Only 2 channels on tv! One deutch one american. Not fun for kids!

This is a very basic hotel and certainly not a 4 star standard. the only thing going for this hotel is the nice beach. its very small but nice. I have never been to a hotel where you are given beach towels only once when you arrive to use for the duration of your stay or if you wish to change them you have to pay 4 Euro each to get a clean one. hotel amenities are very basic. No tissue box in the room no bodylotions no water bottles. no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast also very basic so no egg station. I th;ink its more of a 3 star hotel clean and basic. I think they need to upgrade the rooms and make it look a bit modern and provide guests with bottles of water and basic amenities that any 4 star hotel provides in the bathroom. Staff at reception are nice .

We had a great stay at the Alghuest. Martha and her husband are amazing and made us feel very welcome. Good tips on where to go, lovely rooms and easy parking. Quick walk to the old city, nice terrace for breakfast, the room very clean. Recommended!

Cleaning fee is 50 euros so please read the condition carefully. It is good place very closed to the historical place. Comfortable room with kitchen and Italian coffee pot. Just a little thing I'd like you to consider, this apartment is quite humid and quite warm so it was not easy for me to stay all the day long. Positively, there are two dehumidifiers. Overall, I am satisfied to stay in the short time because of air ventilation reason.

Staff was friendly and helpful. As it was very windy for some days, we stayed at a hotel, by the pool and did not miss the sea. I dont recommend to go to Alghero in may, because when we were there, they just started to clean the beaches from alges, and it didnt smell pleasent (wind was from the sea).

The hotel is rather old but the views from our room and the dining room were superb and we took many photos during our walks in the hotel grounds. The online reservation neglected to mention we were a family of 4 with 2 young children but this was quickly resolved by the concierge upon check in who obliged by preparing the sofa bed at no additional charge. The concierge was also very helpful by making restaurant suggestions and even reservations. View from pool at sunset was amazing!

Location is perfect! Just across the street is the beach. You walk in 20 min to the old town and supermarkets can be found within 10min walk. The view of the balcony is also great! Antonio is very friendly and willing to help! The Wi-Fi is very good! Only point of improvement would be the bed. This is very hard and not so comfortable.
