" The hotel is located in a convenient location, only a 15 minute walk from the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the castle in Cathedral. My room was exceptionally clean, had excellent Wi-Fi and plenty of television channels. The staff was friendly and my room was ready on time, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arundel."

"The Norfolk Arms is a wonderful, old building full of historic interest and fabulously situated right in the centre of this popular and beautiful town of Arundel. With a main bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, breakfast restaurant and courtyard with large patio area, there are quite a few choices to be had for those that wish to enjoy the hotel facilities. The front-of-house staff we found to be truly excellent when it comes to efficiency, friendliness, and helpfulness. However, the two bedrooms that we booked unfortunately don't deserve the same praise. With stained carpets, back of bathroom doors either not clean or paint peeling off (hard to say which), 3 coat hangers per person, a full-size ironing board stood on top of a roughly-folded blanket in a small wardrobe, complimentary tea/coffee not topped up after the first night and one room with no shower at all, just a bath and other points that need attention, I'm sorry, but this is not worth £300 for two nights. "Lucie is an amazing host, the rooms were beautiful decorated, clean and great location. It is the attention to detail and the little extras that were lovely and Lucie went out of her way to cater for my dietary needs (vegan & gluten free). Would definitely stay again. "

"It was in a great location for our short visit to Arundel - we parked the car and walked to everything we wanted to see and do. It was comfortable and reasonably quiet (well-glazed windows kept the road noise out). The conservatory was a lovely venue for breakfast. There was a good breakfast buffet with freshly cooked options from the kitchen included. The staff were helpful and the service good."
