I would stay there again. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the mountains. Great roof top bar and complementary breakfast. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, especially Nat. By the way you can purchase tickets to the Biltmore at the their front desk. Also over night car parking was $16.

The Quality Inn is an older hotel which is currently undergoing renovation of the rooms as of Jun 2018. Our room had already been renovated so it had a very clean and fresh appearance. Most Asheville hotels are costlier than other locations. This hotel is a great value as it is close to downtown, antique stores, farmers' market and the Biltmore yet far enough away to be a quiet and free of road noise. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very convenient for getting around. If we were to travel to Asheville again, we would definitely stay there again!

The staff were great, really looked after us, especially the ladies that worked in the dining area. Ruth, Betty and Von (I think, with the short dark hair) took the effort to make sure our breakfast experience was great each morning. The young lad in the kitchen did a great job. To Gail and the other ladies at Reception again made us feel welcome.

Hotel is great for a weekend trip. Pleasantly surprised by how updated the rooms were. Bathrooms were extremely clean and bed was super comfortable.

The closer you get to downtown Asheville, the more expensive the hotels become. This hotel was just far out enough to be significantly cheaper but was still a short driving distance to downtown, Biltmore, and Pisgah National Forest.

The hotel is very outdated. The room smelled like smoke to the point where it was making me sick. The room was very nasty especially the bathroom. I couldn’t even take a shower. It is definetly not worth the money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are a lot of decent hotels, where you feel like you get your money's worth in a stay. With Country Inn & Suites I feel like you get way more than your money's worth. Great location to downtown , basic hotel but definitely value compared to other nearby hotels, breakfast buffet was simple but adequate.

Our room was awesome. Price was very reasonable. Staff was amazing; very knowledgeable of the area, so friendly and helpful. Great location.. we were able to walk to pretty much any area of the city ( south slope, west Asheville, downtown, arts district) and very convenient spot to hop on the highways when we wanted to drive out of downtown.

Fantastic rooms, exceptional location and very friendly front desk staff made our stay a huge success. Will definitely return next time in AVL.

Looks bad from outside but the rooms were actually quite nice. Not a great location on tunnel rd but there was a waffle house across the road and downtown is about a ten minute drive. One staff member was very friendly and helpful. Shower was a bit fussy. Breakfast was pretty average.

We had a very pleasant stay while in Asheville, our room was spacious, clean with everything in perfect working order. Hotel staff was extremely friendly in a genuine manner. Pet walking area was convenient and bags were provided to pick up pet waste. If only every pet owner was responsible and picked up their waste it would have perfect.

It is an old old rundown motel. But the room was clean and no smells. The tv microwave refrigerator heater/ac toilet shower sink door locks lights all worked fine. 1 mile from downtown and with the pedestrian walkway through the tunnel into downtown you could even walk to all the downtown places if you have 15 minutes to spare and the weather is nice. We stayed for the Belle Chere weekend in July. Despite the all the city activities, our hotel was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant food for breakfast was good; 3 choices on the menu: Belgian waffles, quiche, or yogert. Room had sitting room with 'frig and sink, TV, and comfortable sitting area, and then the bedroom. All very comfortable, quiet. We'd visit again.

Pick hotel due to pet friendly, got charges for two small dogs that weigh least than 12lbs. Will not stay there again!!!!
