"I‘ve stayed in many Hotels in Berlin but after staying here I won’t try any other Hotel! The Hotel and room are always kept extremely clean, I stayed for 10 days and never missed anything it was just like being at home! And apart from the high-quality hotel, what made the stay even more pleasing was the extremely friendly, nice and helpful personnel! Really not one staff member here that didn’t make sure you felt at home at all times :) So the biggest thanks and 5stars go to the Ocak Hotel staff members, looking forward to my next stay here!"

"Located at, or rather in Alexanderplatz, which is the real happening lace in Berlin, with the bus stop, the underground, tram and taxi stand just outside the hotel, Park Inn is a very well located hotel. All the historical monuments can be accessed by the hop-on hop-off bus, which is only €15 per head. Taxis are very reasonable with an airport trip costing €30. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and most comfortable. The only deficincy is the lack of tea/coffee self service in the room. I would go down the Burger King and get coffee for my wife in the morning. That, however, was not really a problem as Burger King is in the hotel. The elevators are high speed and covered the 28 floors in 30 seconds. The breakfast was a very large, sptious spread consisting of A huge variety of breads, cheeses, eggs, cold cuts, juices, tea and coffee and fruits. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this East Berlin hotel to anybody. And, I will definitely stay th"

"I stopped once in A/O in Cologne, and it was very nice. However, I didn't realize that in Berlin it will be different story. Since it is probably one of the cheapest hotels in Berlin, the public that books this hotel is corresponding: the horny noisy teenagers are being constantly unloaded by the buses, and they produce incredible amount of noise, especially in the night. Ear plugs or headphones is a must, but even then the walls/floor are shaking, because people are running, dancing, having sex - you name it. They also smoke right outside, so the smoke goes in easily. Never again! In Cologne, however, the same hotel was very good (or I was lucky)..."

"The hotel is located near to central Berlin and directly adjacent to an U-Bahn station making it very convenient. In fact I spent only one night in Berlin on this trip having a flight to catch in the morning and was quite surprised at how easy it was to get from the hotel to Tegel airport. My room had a double bed, and unlike most hotels I've stayed in Germany it was a real double, not simply two singles pushed together. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was on the third floor facing the main street and the U-bahn station, but it was still quiet. The bathroom was very spacious. Overall I would return to this hotel. I cannot comment on the food as I did not have breakfast,if personal ratings are included with this comment please ignore the rating I gave food/dining, the website would not allow me to submit a review without entering a value."

"Nice hotel. I come there at night to check in, there was no problem there. On the next day, I was not satisfied with my room. They change my room on my request. Most of all I like breakfasts there, especially for the price I paid for staying there. I guess there are many other nice hotels in Berlin, but this one is defensively a secure option."

"The only downside of this place is 15-20 mins walking from the metro. Everything else was really awesome. Friendly and helpfull stuff, beautiful room, comfortable bed. There is a nice and cheap super market across the street, it can save you a lot of money on food because most of the resturants are expensive. "

"Third time at the A&O Berlin Hauptbahnhof hostel. Booked a private room with shower well in advance for a one night stay, during the marathon weekend. Start line is in walking distance and 5 minutes from the central rail station. Would always try to book the A&O Berlin Hauptbahnhof would recommend without hesitation. "
