The Best Western Heritage Inn is clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near various restaurants and just a few kilometers from the BART train. Busses run up the street as well. The breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly. I try to stay at the Best Western Heritage Inn each time I'm visiting the area.

First motel that I have ever had to pay to park---10 day parking at the airport -was cheaper then 5 nights at the hilton--also, the last time i will book through a company like yours

Many shopping malls and centers nearby which can get there on foot. Near DVC, PLEASANT HILL, CA

Hotel is comfortable, located withing walking distance to many restaurants, markets and stores. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, felt like staying with family.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating and extra kind to my son who was there with me. We will definitely return!

We were going into the city for a few Giants games and decided to use the BART instead of spend $200 a night in an average hotel. Premier Inns was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the Concord BART station and had a pleasant stay here. I would recommend this hotel if you are commuting, going into the city, or need a clean place to stay. If we need a place to crash for a few days in the city, we will definitely return to Premier Inns Concord.

My overall stay wasn't bad. I did feel the front desk people were a bit rude and didn't care for their customers. The room was a bit out dated and needed new carpets. I also found a medium size spider in my bathtub, not fun. I chose to stay here for the reason of it being close to the concord pavilion not sure if I would stay here again!
