"Check in was a nightmare as they said there was no booking in my name. It took 15mins to sort out but once done the room was clean & comfortable. Shower room was good as was the walk in power shower. Limited choice for the continental breakfast & no toast but on the whole it was excellent value for money for a business traveller. "

"Was the room nice, clean, warm the bathroom spotless tidy. The bed very comfortable and prepared trail for the possibility if you want to drink tea or caffee completely free. The receptionist lady Diana very friendly, helpful and the stuff in the bar, kitchen absolutely star members. Very kind, quick with help and ready to help. The food was very delicious, and the cake dessert one of the most delicious cake I evet ate. Definitely I would recommend if you go to Crewe to go to this hotel. I was prepared to have a relaxing sauna and jaccusi but unfortunately they don't have this facility. Hopefully when they will soon renovate the hotel that could be a great thinks to make the costumers can relax even more. "

"Beautiful place ,lovely decorated for Christmas .The only down to it is the price .We found a very good deal just before Christmas when the hotel tend to be quiet and even tho we could only stay in the new part of the hotel ,so could not experience the feel of it from the historical point.The old hall (old part of the hotel is spectacular ) but the new part is just like any other basic hotel."
