Spacious room and very clean. Keruig coffee and pods. Bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and had a large variety of choices. Only negative was a lousy reception on all the tv channels. When asked about it the only solution offered was a change of rooms.

The staff were very nice, quite helpful, and patient, even with some troublesome folks. The brekfast was pure carbs with not a hint of protein to be found. It is a very old construction so the slamming doors into the night will keep you from a deep sleep. Bring your ear plugs and get the big ones!

The 2 double bed we were in with my son is very comfortable & clean. I love the brightness of the bathroom, easy for me to put my make up plus the added whole body mirror just outside the bathroom door. The location is also good near to other expensive hotels like Hilton, etc. Most of all the staff are all friendly & accommodating, the breakfast is also good, the best value for the money.

The property is very rundown, dirty and falling apart. The pool was not clean. Unsavoury guests are frequent at this hotel with a lot of traffic in and out for what we can only assume is illegal activity. We left as soon as our family function was over as we did not feel comfortable staying there another night. We requested our money back for Saturday but were told no as it was through a 3rd party I'm hoping this review something will be done about in we can receive a credit to stay at another hotel that is of better quality.

Pros: Location was good - close to several restaurants Price was good Cons: Location happens to be within a block of the county jail Doors need weather stripping to reduce noise levels TV was only a ~28" - should be bigger. Kind of small, but about what I expected for the price Shower area no good for anyone taller than 5'10" - low ceiling in my room Overall, not bad for the price. Biggest gripe is the noise levels due to the lack of weather stripping around the door. I almost went to Walmart to get some... almost.

It is such a nice place to stay with that price! Even in the construction in the main entrance, our room was very nice, comfortable, clean, and convenient with the kitchenette. The hotel people are friendly and breakfast and reception food were, not the best but, good enough to have them for free. I definitely will stay there again!

very bad. The air conditioner is working awfully. With it disabled, you will feel pretty cold. With it open, you have to tolerate the noise and the annoying and not-gentle hot wind blowing from it. The blanket on the bed is not clean and soft. The bed sheet is not clean. No free wifi, i have to pay 3 dollars for it per day

My wife and I like to come and do shopping at the Seattle Outlet once in a while and we like to stay at this hotel because if is very clean, friendly staff, and close to the shopping center. Not know that wheelchair accessible meant that it was for Physically Disabled person I book this room and I found that room was well organized for physically disable person. Over all very nice hotel.

The hotel is not too far from the highway when we arrive by car. There is an open car park for us to check into this double storey motel. We had to change the hotel room as the ones given had faulty taps. The bed is very comfortable with clean sheets. The towels too are clean. We enjoyed the simple continental breakfast. Thank you Akiosan and the housekeeping Dept for the stay .

We liked it so much the first night we booked another night there just for a little get away. Wish they had a full breakfast though. Especially for that amount of money. Otherwise good stay

Always love staying here. Great customer service. Feel very safe here. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean. Well worth the price. Be warned, I booked through agoda.com, received confirmation of the booking through agoda... yet the hotel had no record of the reservation. Luckily, there was an available room at the same rate. The hotel was very accommodating.
