Best hotels & accommodations in Fredericksburg (VA)

The staff and breakfast were great. However, even though we were told we couldn't smoke in the room (no matter; we aren't smokers), the room smelled heavily of smoke. Neighbors were loud (outside) into the night. It was adequate for a one night stop during travel, but the smoke smell will keep us from returning.

We stayed in Fredericksburg for one night on our way to Richmond. We originally chose for price and location near battlefields. we are also choice privilege patrons. The facility was excellent. The suite was enormous. Could easily stay for much longer. It was obviously recently renovated. Highly recommend.

Have stayed there before. Rooms are clean. Young lady at the front desk needed a little more training . Had children running up and down the hall way at night and some giggly teens laughing late at night but this was not the hotels fault. Other than that was an ok stay...Our grown children live in the area so we are in the area quite often.

Hotel room was clean but staff was unsatisfactory with the checking-in process as well as handling a very loud party at 1am after 5+ noise complaints (1 made by me and 4+ from other guests the receptionist said). I would recommend finding another hotel in the area as there are many hotels in close proximity to this one.

While new furniture, still needs a bath makeover. Per attendant, only rooms at front of building were updated. No carpet so the paper thin walls intensify sounds from next door and from the street. Party upstairs was loud-complaint fell on deaf ears. Bed was a bit too firm. It was clean and spacious. Room temperature was easily controlled. Lots of storage. Fast and...

The hotel is close to Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, and Central Park Shopping center. We heard knocking sound from above whenever water runs down the drain. It woke us up. I reported the noise to the front desk and a mainteance man showed up within a half hour. He explained it was the pipes knocking from the room above. You should be fine if you ask ...

We were traveling south on 95 and decided to get accommodations for the evening,=. We went on the internet and found that the Country Inn was reasonably priced. We were greeted at the lobby by their employee who handled our reservation with ease. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. We would stay their again.
