Amazing location and terrific staff! Easy walk from the Gangtok mall area. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is excellent. Only downside was issues with hot water and room being cold. I was disappointed with the hotel because it looked very good online. The whole hotel was really unclean with lots of dirt and dust balls on the stairs and corridors, the bed cover had stains all over it and the curtains were mouldy from top to bottom. Everything is fantastic
Stayed in premium deluxe room. Stay was excellent and staff was cheerful and cooperative. Services offered were excellent. No mountain view from room. Only suite gets mountain/valley view. Food served was hygiene and good.
Recommend it as a nice and comfortable hotel. Clean as well. Only downside was that wifi was not available in the room, only in the reception.
We were booked for our stay @ Summit Norling Resort Gangtok but unfortunately due to no rooms available, we were shifted to the Keepsa Residency Hotel which was close to Summit Norling resort. Nevertheless we took a short tour inside the Summit Norling Resort and it was a good resort with many features to enjoy a peaceful stay.
Gangtok is an expensive city. In peak tourist season all the prices were a bit above what I'd consider fair. These guys, however, made up for it with their amazing service. The staff were profoundly lovely - and the food they cook in-house is tasty and good value. Definitely recommend this place.

One of the best I had in my whole trip of Sikkim + Darjeeling Poor 1) Location. It's little farther from the busy MG Road. Overall it's a very good hotel and we really liked our stay.
Compact and well-maintained property in a great location (easily accessible from MG Road & Deorali) with basic business facilities. Food was excellent too & best of all was the wonderful service staff. Two 'criticisms' - the access lane towards the hotel is narrow and dark, the wifi connectivity was poor (though this is a general situation in Gangtok)

From horrible soiled towels with stains and holes to pillows with stains and NO Hot water in the December cold - what else can go wrong. The staff tried their best though but that wasnt much help. Never stay there.

Very nice stay, they provide all basic things like clean towels, dental kit, shaving kit, shampoos, Tea making kit and electric kettle, disposable slippers, extra blankets etc. Gangtok is not that cold in winters, but some days in night you may feel a requirement of room heater. Room heater is on extra charges and yes they charge for it very high.

The breakfast was not ready..when we needed it. They mentioned that breakfast is served by 7 , but is not available till 8, which created a problem apart from that it was a decent hotel.
