"We stayed at this hotel last Saturday night and it will definitely be our last time. The day after we checked out I noticed a $30 charge to my account and my fiance called and was told that 2 soap dishes were missing so we were being charged. They said that one of them was missing from the TV stand why would there be one on the TV stand?) and one was missing from the side of the tub* (we were in a handicapped room with no tub). The manager Emily was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my fiance and refused to fix the problem. Unfortunately because of this disregard for customer satisfaction and commen sense I am forced to spend what little free time I have submitting a complaint with the BBB. "
