Had a reservation at another place and cancelled once I read recommendations for Best Western Hendersonville Inn. Once there, I really liked the fact that it was so easy to find. When checking in I found I had a second story room even though I had reserved a handicap accessible room- the nice lady at the front desk changed my room to a down and out which was great. But when I got to the room the bathroom shower was not a walk in -as advertised. I made it work as I just wanted to get settled in. AC/Heat worked well and room set up was fine. After putting all my things in room I happen to touch bottom of one table top and got something on my hand(I told myself it was vaseline)-washed my hands really well and told myself it was just a fluke. The second or third day the clean towels had an old bandaid stuck to it. All in all- it was very convenient and staying on the back side- it was quiet. It was also a very good price.

Billing is the worst. I paid online and was still billed, daily, everyday. Even after speaking to mgr. She said she would make things right, instead of getting the funds credited to my account they debited my account. TWICE Over $500 is tied up cuz someone doesnt know what she's doing.
