"I could've found a cheaper hotel in Johannesburg, but then I'd have needed to pay for a cab out to Oliver Tambo. Excellent to be able to walk to the check-in desk without having to wait for a shuttle or without having to try to forecast traffic jams. Also liked the fact that I could do last minute gift and snack shopping in the airport mall. I didn't use the hotel restaurant (breakfast in the Mugg and Bean with a view in the Transit lounge instead). The one thing the room lacked was a fridge., but the reception desk girls put my stuff in the kitchen fridge. "

"I love a modern furnished hotel and Hotel Sky was just that! The room size is a tad small but as a couple it worked fine for us. Super friendly & helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant. If youre a smoker, each floor has a balcony so you don't have to go all the way down to ground floor. I appreciated the room having a tissue box WiFi was a little slow and the share screen from both my husband and I's phone to the tv didn't work. Pool area was relaxing and liked that pool towels are given so you don't have to bring your own however the pool water was extremely cold. On arrival you are given an entry slip - a new one for each entry (the same way as malls parking lots do) which you have to keep to scan when exiting. My only requests are, the room could use an extra bin for the bathroom and a cupboard would be nice. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Town Lodge and the atmosphere appears to be a standard each time we visit. I would request that the Hotel considers putting a fridge in each room with some drinks whose cost could be part of the hotel rate. If not possible consider this as an extra upon request. Also, the transfers the hotel can communicate the name of the driver and the applicable rate. We made a number of trips and could pay the driver directly upon his quote of the bill. But if the hotel could indicate how much it would cost, it would help carry sufficient money and not be surprised Thank you Wesley Kaluba Zambia"
