"Hotel is great . Great breakfast. The problem is no receptionist available 24 hrs . Hotel is owner operated and a number provided for 24 hr contact. However, that does not work. They don’t answer the phone. Our safe malfunctioned and our pass ports were in it. We had a taxi that had bee prearranged for us by the owner at 0445. We had to pay the taxi because they came, but we could not leave without passports. We tried to contact the owners vigorously from 0400-0700 without any success. Finally at 0715 someone showed up that reached them . 0730 our safe was opened by the person who made the contact with owners. We missed our train to Amsterdam. Had to buy another ticket that cost us $350."
