"Parking attendant was drunk and was demanding money before we could park. The security staff at reception were not wearing face masks. Room was dirty with spiders and webs, also lots of insects on the floor, bed sheets had marks on them. Toilet wouldn't flush, power sockets hanging off tbe wall, main door to room would not close. There was already a bad review of the room we stayed in 154 from the guest teh previous night, yet they stiff have us that room. Also they didn't mention before booking they have noisy building works going on from 7am in the morning. With all of this they would not give any compensation, this hotel needs to be closed down, it is not safe to stay at."
