I stayed this past weekend my stay was $110+ for 2 Queen beds. breakfast was great for that price! Amenities were also great although not used. Hotel is located almost nowhere, neighborhood gets pretty dark and feels unsafe at night. Lots of activity at night in the hallways, we even had a guy mistakenly knock on our door. My biggest dislike was the staff, their customer service sucked not once did I ever see ANY of them smile or be helpful. Since we checked in to checked out every staff I encountered looked miserable, weird! Being that I worked 10 years as a hotel front desk manager I saw things that i wouldn’t approve of, like a mechanic literally fixing a car’s bumper right infront of the hotel doors instead of parking it a few inches away in a parking spot. Yeah didn’t look appropriate. Good hotel, not so good staff, great price, probably not so safe for single woman or mothers traveling alone with children.

For a traveller with primary intention is to shop at Livermore premium outlet, you can consider Hilton Garden.

I think this place has bad reviews on others sites but it was not that bad. Checked the bed and room, everything was clean, sheets were fresh and the room was a good size. The Ac worked fine (though you can't go lower that 70 degrees but in that area there isn't much need for that). Only con was the morning breakfast; they don't allow you to take food back to your room. My wife had to come out with me even for a simple bagel, she was tending to our fussy baby. We wanted to bring food back so that we wouldn't disturb other guest but couldn't. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice, the cleaning lady gave us plenty of extra towels when we asked for them. I would come back and stay here again when I am visiting family

I stay this Quality Inn every time I am in Livermore. It is close to where I need to go, there a lot of eating places close and it is very close to the freeway. Rooms are always clean. staff is friendly.

It is definitely a clean hotel. I chose to stay here because its near the outlet. Breakfast not too many variants but will get you through your day. I really appreciate one staff who have given me complimentary bottled water. Two thumbs up to him. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

There are no cons. First off, this hotel is right next to a Costco. Already winning. Second, for the price this place is a no brainier. The hotel is new, rooms and bathrooms and furniture all new and clean. The staff were very friendly but also competent is answering all questions. Place has Continental breakfast. What more can you ask for?? Plenty of parking too with seeming pool and weight room. 5 stars and I would come back for another stay in a heart beat.

Very old and worn out. In need of renovation. Breakfast minimal with a bun and coffee! Definitely not worth the money, but for one night okay then unless you find something else

i liked almost everything, except the noise coming from either outside or the upper floor, try to get a room at the upper floors would be a plus.

I always pick this place whenever I am in the area. I find the staff very nice and the rooms spacious and clean.

Room and it’s neighbourhood is a bit dark in the night. There is limited choice for breakfast. Overall, the stay is still fine.
